The a/c didn't cool the room very good, the curtains had worn spots, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay. When we got to the breakfast area the eggs were almost gone no biscuits. I bagel left on the stale side, On up side coffee was good. When we left they just brought out eggs.

The toilet wouldn't flush in the first room we were put in then the second room the door was messed up so opening it took several tries each time. It definitely needs a little upkeep

Beds were comfortable, floors/carpets were filthy, and socks were black immediately. So more attention on deep cleaning floors. Had issues with Tv and remote that we couldn't figure out and neither could staff. Everything else was wonderful. We would stay here again.

I couldn't shower bc it had a tub.i ask for a Handycap room.coffee pot didn't work right. The shampoo was half fool.good thing I had my own for my husband to use.been staying at the same hotel since the 90.sbc it's close to hospital.

The attendant at check in wasn’t to helpful when the booking.com reservation was screwed up she said that her info showed we were to pay on arrival when booking.com had already takin our money thru PayPal.

The AC would only go as low as 65 in our room. I understand they don't want people messing with the temps too much. But I had 2 menopausal women with me that really could have used a cooler night's sleep. 🤣

I came to Springfield the night before surgery at Cox, so cleanliness was my top priority. Very clean. Beds were super comfy!

Breakfast selection could've been better. Also, the door locks are slightly out dated, and the card took quite a few tries to unlock the mechanism.

The quality of the room was far better than expected. The service was very friendly, and they did a great job keeping everything clean.

The only drawback was a storm swept through the area a few minutes before my arrival. As a result quite about of water was blown under the door of my room resulting in about 6 ft area of carpet soaking wet. I went to the front desk and they gladly gave me 6 extra large bath towels and offered more if I needed them.

The loud fridge, the area itself is nice just not alot of things to do or purchase around it.
