Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only thing we didn't like but wasn't a real problem, was the bathroom door was a clear corrugated looking glass that you could almost see through. For a couple not a big deal, but with kids, a little more privacy in the restroom would be good. But we managed.
As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted by valet services. The young men were courteous, and professional. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful with check-in. Our room was neat, tidy and very clean. We only stayed one night for a volleyball tournament at the sunsphere which was a very short easy walk to get to. Perfect location. Located within walking distance to a large variety of restaurants as well. We will definitely stay here again.

United StatesIt was pet friendly which is great because we brought our fur baby, but didn't like the fact there was no designated place for her to go to the bathroom.
The room was very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The manager David Rose was very helpful and accommodating.

The only thing I really missed was a microwave! I REALLY appreciated being able to lengthen our check out time. That worked for our needs.

United StatesParking is ridiculous- valet parking only and with the app they use has fees comes out to almost $40-$45 a day. Also, not very family friendly great if single, married couple with no kids or kids older than 13 any younger absolutely not at all the best place to stay. It was very clean, and great location but would not stay again with my family. Work trip maybe just not again for leisure.
Location is perfect- walking distance to park, convention center and market square.
