How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Shower head needs to be detached toilet too low and too few towels in the rooms other than that nicely upgraded

They didn’t do any housekeeping while we were there. No one ever came to change our trash. There was condensation on the ceiling, it was dripping and made the floors in the room and bathroom wet. Left the room with a stench. The breakfast could be much better.
The rooms were nice, bathroom was roomy, and the front lobby was CLEAN, the area is quiet.

The ice machine had something black in the ice when I went and got ice for my drinks.
The rooms were nice and clean for the most part. The beds were very comfortable.

breakfast had very limited options. oatmeal, apples, oranges, beagles and yogurt. some eggs and sausage or something would been nice.
the clean sanitized smell upon entering the lobby and all throught the hotel. I did smell a skunk on my floor!! lol

The only thing I did like is no one was at the front desk someone finally came to the desk about 10 minutes or so later.

The hotel is being renovated so there’s construction material everywhere. The room was recently finished but you can tell that it was rushed. The outlet next to the sink was coming out of the wall. There was no microwave. The pillows need replacing. The bathroom is very small and there were hairs on the tub that weren’t ours.
Hotel is close to the interstate and had comfortable beds.

WiFi very weak, no tv service for 2 of the 3 day stay, a molded cocktail was in the locked safe, NO microwave, coffee pot, tissues, or hair dryers in the rooms anymore.

The location was further from the venue than I would a like, to be, it would be nice if breakfast was open until 10 am. The remodeling wasn't complete in the room we were in.
The bed was comfortable . The a/c worked great.

No hot water in our room. After 14 h on the road, there was tepid water only. The front desk offered another room but I was undressed, exhausted and declined. Next day, still no hot water so we showered in a different room. Breakfast bar good.

There were several roaches in our room that we had to deal with, but with that being said the property is undergoing renovations so that may be why.

There was a musty smell and our room seemed like it had humidity which made the beds feel damp. Definitely a moisture problem. They are remodeling so maybe that will fix it.
Easy to get to. It’s right off the interstate. It was clean and no bugs. Had free breakfast!

Waffles tasted weird, like they forgot to add sugar to the batter. But there were enough other tasty options this wasn't really an issue. My kid was disappointed.
Comfortable beds, hot showers, strong enough wifi for a couple of work video calls, and a good hot breakfast.

The renovations and the big dumpster near the pool area.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor But they were during renovations on the 1st floor which we were not aware of. There was a loud smell of primer when you entered the hotel.

Well, I was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall. The room felt damp even with the air going.

We had two double queen bedrooms. Both were clean, but had a musty lingering smell. There were air purifiers in the hall and the hotel is definitely trying to remediate the problem. However, our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and the other room smelled like incense/curry.
Check-in/check-out was fast and easy. We had a good breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and oatmeal.
