The breakfast was delicious and we loved that it was delivered to our room at a time of our choosing, especially since we prefer to sleep in. The view was beautiful, and no sounds could be heard except for the crashing waves. The fireplace provided heat and really added to the cozy vibes. The evening wine and appetizer reception was a unique and wonderful touch. It was convenient to walk to local restaurants and downtown Half Moon Bay was only a 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed lounging in the robes and slippers that were provided in our rooms.

The room we booked initially shared a wall with the reception desk. The room was so close to the front desk, we could touch the door of the room while standing at the front desk. Though the room was beautiful, I knew the proximity to the lobby and front desk would not provide the privacy and tranquility that we paid so much for. We ended up paying for an upgraded room in the building across the street from the main building. The beds were sunken in and very uncomfortable. The USB charging ports in the table-side lamps were rusted and unusable.

The breakfast was great and was personalized to order just for me. Made me feel extra special because it was my birthday!

Everything was great! I think that because the building is well maintained could use a little air freshener (oils of lavender) to give a more holistic aroma.

Location on the beach. Very clean and well maintained facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Filtered water and gifted reusable water bottles.

The list of what we loved about this property at Cypress Inn on Miramar Beach was endless. Beautiful view, clean, friendly staff, and exceptional food. We were even surprised by A afternoon, cheese and wine tray. We don’t even drink wine, but the layout for this was extremely inviting. They even had cookies at night display in a beautiful glass container for the guest. This is one of the best breakfast in a variety of options that I’ve had at a hotel. Not to mention it was brought to our room on time! God is good.

Even though the view was beautiful and it was safe, we had to leave our window opened in order to access air condition. I wasn’t that comfortable leaving the window open, and I would’ve liked some access to air conditioning in my room. Thankfully, the air was clean and it felt nice when we opened up the door to the ocean. You have to keep the door open at night while you sleep. Thankfully, we were safe and we didn’t see or anybody passed by. God is good.

Breakfast ordered the night before and delivered to the room punctually.

The location & the ocean view were great.

The bed sunk in towards the head of the bed. I'm sure it's from people sitting up to watch TV. Maybe they need to rotate it more often or replace it completely. Bed comfort is highly important & should be a top priority.

A pleasant breakfast. Eggs (scrambled) were very basic---disappointing. Fresh fruit and a fresh warm Croissant. BUT meal was included along with a welcome hour between 3-5 with cheese and wine.---and fresh baked cookies at 7:30 pm. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. We left something in our room and they were happy to send it to us. They provided two personal water thermos as a gift--to reduce plastic waste. Classy.

While rooms were clean and linens very nice---the king size bed had two depressions from over use. That did not contribute to a great night's rest. Location is as close to the beach as you can get---it's just a disappointing beach---with boulders shoring up the crumbling highway that has lost one complete lane to climate change surf erosion!

Located right next to the ocean. Easy to get to. Wonderful room! My ocean view was spectacular!
