This place always feels like a second home. I am never burdened with needing anything as it's either available on property or can be easily delivered to the property. As someone who travels with toddlers to the Disney parks the proximity to the parks is great, the property has so much to do for my kids they are never bored, and we never have to "kid proof" the room by moving random decor that serves no purpose other than being a hazard. The layout of the rooms is great for families including the option to dine on the balcony. See you again soon Cypress Pointe.

United StatesMost of the staff was pleasant but housekeeping staff checkout let themselves in and proceeded to tell us we needed to leave immediately or be charged for the day. It was 10:05 am. Our room was not ready at check in time and the excuse was that they start cleaning from the top and work their way down to the first floor so if we need a first floor room it’s going to be late. Then why rush us out the door and threaten another nights charges for being 5 minutes late? It was a room of 2 women, 2 teen girls and a 6 year old girl, you walked right in, made us very uncomfortable and then harassed us from the doorway while we rolled our bags outside. If that wasn’t enough, the front desk started calling the room phone repeatedly to tell us to get out. We travel frequently, with at least 45-50 hotel nights per year, and have never experienced this before anywhere. Now to be accountable we absolutely left the room 15 minutes after check out time, and that’s on me, but if this is how they behave, why wasn’t our room ready at 4 pm when we arrived, at your posted check in time? I thought they started on the 3rd floor and worked down?
Room was very spacious, and very clean. We were comfortable, and had all the comforts of home we needed. We were in a 3 bedroom for 7 nights and a 2 bedroom on the final night. Kitchen was very accommodating and we had many home cooked meals during our trip.

MoroccoI wish they served coffee at the store on site or maybe in the lobby so you can fuel up for a busy day.
This is my favorite property to stay at when I come to visit the Disney parks. The location puts you about 15 minutes away from the parks, very close to shops and dining. The property has basketball courts, playgrounds, pools at both this location and its sister property across the way. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and includes a washer and dryer! This will continue to be our go to location when staying in Orlando.

United KingdomAfter check in your are sent to the concierge desk to get your parking pass once you have that they try and get you to go to a presentation about grand hilton vacation clubs for 2hrs and you will receive $250 and a 7 night stay in any hilton world wide but it's actually them trying to sell you a timeshare once I got in the room and read the documents I realised this so I called down to front desk cancel.
