My fiancé went down to look at the spa and was questioned what he was doing I didn’t like that I wasn’t aware that we couldn’t look around the hotel after we paid the amount of money we paid. Especially considering the gym was right next to the spa. I also didn’t like how we had a paper under the door stating no smoking there is a fee when we never was smoking in the room I don’t do that we made sure we smoked outside in the car. I don’t like feeling uneasy about where I’m staying especially since we paid money just like everyone else

I loved the location housekeeping was the best cleaned our room and it looked great. The view from the room was beautiful we had the panoramic view

There wasn’t a shower curtain which made water splash everywhere

The location was amazing and the views were breathtaking at night. This was my first time in Chicago and the experience I had here only makes me more excited to come back.

There is no swimming pool and the spa timing are limited.

We had the room on 21s floor with panoramic view. I think that was the best decision we made! The view couldn't have been any better. The bathroom was very nice with rain shower. Overall, it was awesome and I will do it again.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We found our beds comfortable and the shower pressure great. The cafe's breakfasts were a perfect convenient way to start the day. We would recommend this ideal location and plan to return.

Nothing was bad aside from the A/C is a little clunky upon startup when it hits thermostat.

Reviewing the Junior suite. Good views, cool room, plenty of space for activities! Well equipped from the funky (byo) wine rack to the massive shower and bedroom in the junior suite. Comfortable bed, blackout blinds, good aircon and near plenty of things to do downtown.

The AC system & especially AC filters in the rooms need to be better maintained. It hot during our stay so we were running the AC and it smelled very moldy and caused severe allergies & sinus issues when in the room with it running. AC was pumping in the lobby and restaurant but smelled clean and didn’t cause any issues so we quickly realized it was isolated to the room.

Modern building with a good view, comfy bed, and spacious shower. Staff were very friendly. Location was great! We loved the river north area.

We wanted either floor to ceiling window with a view of the lake or a balcony and because your hotel offered a balcony we chose your hotel. Our suit came with two and to our dismay they were sealed shut and could not be accessed

We loved the location, the convenience of the restaurant downstairs as well as the hotel ambiance. The show we had in our room was AAAAmazingly nice!! Très magnifique

I was disappointed to see the hotel especially the room to look so different and old in a one year spent. The shower was leaking water. The furniture was old and look old, with sketches on sides. This room had a standing shelf that was broke and very hard to use. But the surrounding was obviously visible.

The hotel is in a great location and we stayed there last year. The hotel area was nice including the restaurant. The room was cleaned during our stay with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable. We enjoy our stay.

The curtain between the bathroom and the room. I think a proper wall between the bathroom and bedroom would give people more privacy. It was uncomfortable. It'd also be good to have complimentary water in the room. Also the sound in the elevator - the beeping at each floor - was very annoying.

Excellent room with large floor to ceiling windows, huge and comfortable bed. Overall very clean. The location was amazing. We walked to and from the hotel.

This hotel was in a perfect spot! So close to so many restaurants, shopping, and just a 5 min walk to public transportation. The staff were all so helpful and even gave us an upgraded room for our anniversary.
