Could have used 1 more bathroom :) but totally get it due to the layout and old building, loved the shower!

Location location location!!! Loved that I actually felt like I was at home in a Chicago neighborhood.

The beds were terrible, my back was ruined after one night. My adult son who stayed in the other bed said the same. It is not a good place to stay if you need to use the restroom a few times a night as the toilet is downstairs. The aggressive signs telling us to not have a party and leave a generous tip were very off putting. How about this, pay your cleaner what they deserve!

The location was good, close to lots of restaurants. The house was spacious and set up for whatever you need.

Lighting upstairs in bedroom was lacking (only dim lights from ceiling fans) and hallway light was a lamp. Unfortunately people on other side of duplex were extremely loud the last night we were there and unable to sleep (I know that is a situational item)

Some of the dishes weren't clean when we got there. The shower had a little problem. But nothing major.

I really liked the charm of the place. The amenities were nice and it was a quiet neighborhood.

There were handrails, but the stairs were a little steep and scary. The only bathroom was downstairs, yet the charm of the rental made up for it. The 2nd bedroom is really small without a TV, but the master is really large with a big TV, work desk, and full length mirror.

Awesome 103 yr old duplex... historic with modern interior. Dog friendly rental and neighborhood. We walked right around the corner to a great restaurant called Caroll St Cafe. Friendly and helpful owner lives in the other half. We would return for sure.

It was very noisy, you could hear everything outside of the house. I was woken up out of my sleep multiple times, jumping, because of the noises.

It was horrible didn’t even think to take a good pic of the steps he’ll I was so scared to go up or down them I thought we might fall into a trap door on the one step that’s not painted and not to mention the steps again beware of the haunted stairs don’t think about buzz climbing them fyi I don’t drink just in case you might DONT DO IT and the floors well walk with ease cause the floor is wood but some parts feel like a secret stash spot THE toilet moves it’s not mounted and I’m less than 150lbs the tub is very old fashion if your 4ft under please be accompanied by someone taller SERIOUSLY you will drown if bathing by hitting you knee on side of tub cause it’s so high my sis had and Brain aneurysm and a stroke and can get in a jacuzzi but couldn’t get in this tub so she couldn’t even shower at least it could have been a step stool handy to help out with getting over in there but anyway next the kitchen what I was most appalled by the refrigerator was nasty the stove the silverware holder on top of that I was trying to finish my Xmas dinner and heat up I couldn’t access the oven because it was locked and the funny thing is the owner had to come by to unlocked but he didn’t know how he had to go to the user’s manual well he finally got it unlocked it didn’t take long at all which was a good thing and it didn’t take him long to get there which was also a good thing but woooo chile we was like 3kids including a newborn 4 adults one need help but can manage certain situations like she climbed the outside steps to get in the apartment but def couldn’t have made it up the inside stairs luckily the unstable toilet was on the same level as entrance speaking if that the bathroom is literally right by the back door and the neighbors back door is like open the door and lean and knock no curtains on the back door just a blind o yea the tub still had hair from the ppl before us like the rooms where both up those neck breaker steps the top like 3 steps you have nothing to hold on...

The stairs are a little steep and the only bathroom is on the first floor. This spot isn't for everyone, but it's great.

This rental was fantastic. Clean, plenty of space, functional kitchen. It easily fit my family. The giant Jenga and Connect 4 was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and had easy, close parking.

The property was great! It is sometimes nice to have two bathrooms but I realize that most older homes will often just have one. Also; this home is split into 2 private units - which was perfectly fine - we had great neighbors!! I really don’t have anything negative to say about this property.

I absolutely love this neighborhood - Cabbagetown! It’s so convenient to many places around downtown Atlanta. And if you don’t want to get too far away, there are some great restaurants and such within walking distance ! The Carroll Street Cafe is wonderful and just on the next street over . The host was absolutely wonderful as well!

The bedrooms need nightstands on both sides, more plugs and some light! Had to sit on porch to do makeup because the room was so dark.

The location was close to the locations we needed to be near.
