The shower was less than inviting. The bottom bunk was on the floor.

how everything was patched up on the walls & the parking is really bad. also only 2 flat pillows for 1 bed for a couple is not comfortable.

I liked the location & how it was in the middle of everything but it was not like the pictures, the walls were all patched up, the bathroom tub would fill up with water from showering, it was a bit dirty & really needs to be updated & more invested into, $100 for 1 night & it wasn’t as beautiful as we thought it’d be.

Room needs updating. Kitchen could’ve been cleaner. Looked like some homeless folks gather in the back of parking lot at all hours daily.

Staff were awesome. Having a kitchen and laundry on site was great. Location was very good.

Walls were thin so it was noisy. We did speak to our neighbors and they kept their voices down. There was a phone in the room, but no directions as to how to contact the front desk.

No problems... however Over all 3 days, we saw 2 different groups hanging out in back parking lot near creek throughout the day and also at night.. Didn't seem like they were staying at hotel and felt questionable as far as safety when i was alone. Even though there were several empty picnic tables, one group set up their chairs in middle of parking lot, even though parking spaces were limited. To be clear, they were gone by morning, so not staying there overnight..

Close to river and on the main road. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quiet location.

It was a bit noisy (from people upstairs), for the rest everything ok.

Nice location in Durango for visiting Mesa Verde and the Million Dollar Highway. Also a lot cheaper than other hotels/motels. Had fine stay for two nights.

Floor, particularly floor along tub up to door frame, was very dirty. I relish sleeping in on vacation. Rooms usually dark with black out curtains allowing me to enjoy this. Curtains in our room didn't even completely cover the windows. The ice machine was broken. Even if it wasn't, the ice bucket was "recycled, " and didn't even appear to be washed.

Location was great. Staff excellent-- very friendly with my special needs son.

The kitchen was very dirty and poorly organized. There were no cleaning supplies for washing dishes and there were mouse poops in the cabinets and drawers.

We had a comfortable bed. The hostel is in a good location and you can ride the free bus anywhere from the bus stop on the corner. The swimming pool was fun. The staff were helpful and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived before check-in time. We appreciated the laundry machines very much - we were able to use them for no additional cost.

Very minimal format. Had to walk to office. Ice machines didn’t work. Lots of bikers for Sturgis Bike Days. As seniors, lots of loud voices, bike revving and some inconsiderate guests. Wanted us to park elsewhere so they could talk to second floor guests from the handicap space.

Close to the train and reasonable price. Handicap room was close to parking.

Not very clean. Beds are uncomfortable. Noisy. Other guests' behavior was questionable. Would not stay here again.

Just passing through the area , this was an inexpensive overnight option.

Room was a little noisy but that’s somewhat expected. Bed was a little soft.

Room was basic but clean and well maintained. Great Value for money. Close enough to walk downtown and to the fairgrounds. Helpful staff.

Im staying on 1st floor, just hear sounds from the upper room.

Its really what you get for the price. But im staying for the sleep and rest, and its enough for me. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The place was decent. The weirdo in the same coed bunk room sitting around in his underwear stating he thought he had the place to himself was not ok. His bicycle was in every one's way and he got up at 430am and started packing up waking everyone in the room.

The building needs to be updated and the rooms need to be cleaned properly.

The location is why we stay time and time again. Being right next to the creek is awesome for the kids!
