In need of renovation

This property is pretty old and quite tired. When I arrived I realized there were 3 other hotels in the same location, and all of them looked better. I used to believe Days Inn was a safe, reliable choice, but I will probably look for a different option next time.

The morning staff person (I believe he was the manager or owner) was very kind and seemed genuinely interested in how my stay was. He inquired about my travels and gave me a water bottle for the road.

Only issue was guests in the hallway late at night when we had early mornings. There are even signs reminding guests of quiet times. I called to the front desk the one night that it was really loud and it was taken care of immediately so I can’t complain.

Convenient location to Ripken for a very reasonable price. Continental breakfast was simple but always ready on time for us to grab and run out the door! The pool was a great bonus after hot days at the ball field. The lady working the front desk was always friendly and helpful. The building has been updated with all new floors and paint. It’s nothing fancy but felt clean and safe.

I didn't like the fact that our toilet seat was broke and it wouldn't stay up did tell the front desk about this issue

I really enjoyed my stay at days inn staff was very friendly except for one African American girl that sometimes that was at the front desk she isn't very pleasant she act like you cant ask her questions and hardly wants to speak I called for towels she told me to step out of my room and look for housekeeping I told her absolutely not . I ended up doing it because I really needed towels after about 40 mins but I felt like it wasn't my job to chase down an housekeeper other then that one staff member my extended stay was good .

I liked that they had a pool and also a lite breakfast also the guest were nice oh and my housekeeper she was good cleaned good any concerns I had she made sure she took care of it always with an smile .

The bed was super had, no give but I was only there for the night, do it was fine.

The convenience. It was off the highway and plenty of places to eat nearby. Also, the coffee was good and everyone was very polite.

I have no problem with pets being allowed in hotels, but when the walls are thin and they are constantly running on the floor above it’s a little too much. Perhaps having units for pets only on the ground floor would be better. The free breakfast didn’t have too many options apart from cold cereal, bagels and processed oatmeal. Nothing too nutritious.

Comfortable bed, clean room, price is decent, tv has a lot of channels, bathtub and shower, numerous eateries in the area.

The room was over the office and we were awakened a couple of times from the phone ringing and some other noises. The room could use some darker blinds or curtains over the blinds for those that like us that sleep in dark rooms.

The hotel is really close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly, the room was clean.

Night arrival, lobby small no restrooms, only bagel, toast and cereal for continental breakfast, should have fruit , yogurt and waffles or pancakes to toast, first night family with children dragging in above us very loud for awhile, next Morning hours of loud noise going on while we were trying to relax , second night was very good as far a noise above us though

The room could definitely use better cleaning. Dust, dirt, cobwebs! The floors had not even been swept or vacumed since last guest, possibly more by how much dirt was on it.

Location, reasonable price for a place to sleep and shower while traveling. Room size was adequate. Linens were clean. Bed was ok for 1 night, wouldn’t want to sleep on it a week( but that could be just my personal preference) desk clerk was polite and accommodating.
