Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I booked there because they had a pool but it was not open and looked like it had been closed for a long time. I was told someone put too much chemicals in it but it was mostly empty
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

Continental breakfast was the worst! Empty food containers (eggs, sausage, waffle mix). When pointed out to the lone lady attending the front desk, she was more interested with what was on her phone… Left without breakfast

We booked this location for the location and the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool was out of order. This was not stated anywhere on any website. However, the clerk checked and found they could open the pool. The phone in our room did not work AT ALL. The TV kept cutting out on the sound which was super annoying. The room was piping hot and we didn't figure out the unit until we were getting ready to leave.
Clean, spacious rooms, towels were thick, soft and absorbent. The clerk was very personable and cheery. He also was able to address some of the things we were not thrilled about. The continental breakfast was very nice, with a good variety.

Hot tub out of order. Carpets a bit dirty. Pull out couch mattress unclean and needs to be replaced.
Breakfast was good. Had nice variety of hot and cold items.

The hot Ty was broken and filled with a few inches of dirty water, pool area not clean. Breakfast was out of coffee and/or juice. Generally run down and not well staffed.

The hot tub was not available, out of service. The service for breakfast was ok. I had to ask for them to replenish food and it was only 8am

Breakfast was fine....standard motel options. Some fruit would have been a great addition.
The location was perfect for attending an event at the Fargo Dome. Parking was easy, room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel website stated that the hot tub would be open by the time of our stay. We arrived to see that the hot tub was still under construction. We did not use the pool facilities at all due to this.

The hot tub was broken. The property was very basic, it felt very utilitarian. Not especially modern. The price was a bit high for the experience, I would say.

The room was very small, we had to move furniture around in order to accommodate my husband’s power chair. There was no walk in shower for a wheelchair bound person.
Location to main event (my main reason for this choice). Breakfast was great. Friendly and professional staff. I could have taken another nearby hotel but I was not about to spend $300+ just for a place to sleep and leave the next morning.

Little fleas came out of the sink. When we told the front desk, they said they’re drain flies and it’s normal. We asked for ketchup for our eggs at breakfast..no we’ve never had ketchup. So not great service

Breakfast isnt the most amazing and in part not fresh. It can happen that you get thin cold coffe. The advertised pool is under construction. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the dripping can spill out on the floor which has cracked tiles. On the upper floor the wifi disconnected every now and then.
It is conveniently located and offers a free shuttle from the airport. All in all it was clean

The fact that the picture on the site was very misleading. This place looked like it was built in the 80's and was never fixed. The pool and hot tub were both closed. The breakfast had eggs, but they were under cooked and very runny. Gross.

At first I wasn't comfortable with the location. The area seemed a little shady, but it was okay. The hotel was decent enough. Carpet wasn't completely clean. Also, I thought there would be a coffee pot in the room.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of outdoor area for those traveling with dogs. Staff was helpful.
