Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe fact that they cater more to contractors, that are staying there on a regular basic working until the work ends, not good because their work will end. and then your place will hurt because of the bad customer service you have been putting out., than they do to visitors. that's not good business.

United StatesI did not like the parking. The cost of the room was $20 more per night than Quality Inn down the street and there was not continental breakfast like the Quality Inn has. The a/c was loud. The bed was hard.

United Statesgot to my room and the guy and the front desk didnt let me know he changed me and my partner into 2 small beds instead of the king we booked. Then when we asked about it his first response was "Oh its okay you can sleep in different beds" - we got him to move us into a room we wanted but i feel like we should have been asked in the beginning. Also was told i would be charged when i got there and was charged right away

United StatesFront desk staff is extremely rude. We had reservations for 2 rooms. We knew we were coming in late, so I called ahead 3 days early and again around 3:00 pm of our check-in day to let them know we would be coming in late, around 12:30-1:00 am and for them make sure our rooms are still available when we arrive. We arrived around 12:45. They only had 1 room available, even though we had reservations for 2 rooms for a few weeks in advance. He charged us for both rooms, made keys for 2 rooms, and when we went to our rooms, there was already someone in one of the rooms. The front desk staff then goes on in the room, wakes the guy up around 1:00 am, scares him, and proceeds to tell him he was supposed to already be checked out. They argue back and forth as we head back to the front desk to let him deal with his extremely upset customer. He then comes to tell us we dont have a room. Then, instead of voiding the credit card transaction and just re-running it for the correct amount, he says he can only do a refund. That is a lie, as I make my living selling and servicing card machines just like his. Now I have to wait up to a week to get my refund, all while my wife and I had to go down the street at 1:30 am looking for a hotel room. Then, to make matters worse, he catches my kids as they were coming in with their dogs, that we already paid for, and he makes them pay again for the dog. They call me, so I drive back over there and have a very heated conversation with the same front desk staff as the night before. He refuses to take owner's in his mistakes, was very rude and disrespectful, and I strongly encourage you to stay anywhere else if at all possible. Then, to make matters worse, the 1 room we did get was supposed to be a NON-SMOKING room, but wreaks of cigarette smoke. One of the 2 beds has a mysterious brown stain on one of the pillows.
Location was the only positive!
