The pool area wasn't as nice as I was hoping, But there were families happily playing in it, so it definitely wasn't bad. The pillows were also very small but surprisingly very comfortable atleast.

The breakfast was REALLY exceptional for a continental breakfast, and was totally free for all guests. Jordyn made sure we had hot cheese omelets daily with our breakfasts. Lots of options and really friendly staff. The hotel felt SAFE and that was a main priority. We requested a 2nd or 3rd floor room for safety and that helped also. There were no sketchy people hanging around, and there was plenty of staff. The hotel also felt very clean and well maintained. The shuttle to and from the airport was a new van and was very comfortable. They even picked us up last minute around 11pm when we couldn't get our rental car, and drove us back in the morning to get it. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were no bugs in the hotel.

The mattress didn't seem that nice and the springs squeaked. It was a mattress on springs rather than on box springs. But it was fine for one night.

For our brief one night stay the breakfast and bed was satisfactory. The room seemed cleaner with no carpeting and vinyl flooring.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable; felt like some springs were broken. The loveseat was very shabby, and the door to the suite was broken. Very hard to open and close.

I ordered dinner from "order inn"-hadn't eaten all day-my food never came. All I got was an "oops, the driver messed up". Very disappointing.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and that is so important!!! It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was also pet-friendly-very important! I loved that they didn't have carpet in the rooms!!!!!

Please put on breakfast a little longer. Some of us are travel weary and need a sleep in.

The staff are stars! The free shuttle is great! They picked me up at the airport and the next day took me to my rental car location. I stayed there on the way back again. They checked on me in the room to make sure everything was great, the staff is just so friendly and so nice it made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was my first time in Albuquerque. I was very happy with the bed it was comfortable. The room was very clean. I'll definitely be staying again on my next visit.

Unfortunately it was so very windy that night. The window in the room rattled and had air moving through it. I’m sure that if it hadn’t been so windy the window would be fine.

The night desk clerk was so great. He even offered to help us with our bags! He was welcoming and efficient.

I really appreciated the 24/7 shuttle policy as I landed in Albuquerque at one in the morning after a harrowing trip. The staff was fantastic, both at night and in the morning, helping us figure how to get back to Santa Fe and making sure we had a taxi waiting for us. The breakfast was very nice, the room roomy and the shower powerful.

The room across from me had a red light and repetitive alarm-like sound that woke me up during the night. I rang the desk, and no one answered. Then I went to the desk, and no one was there. The night staff entered into the front door, and went to the room. The door needed to be completely closed.

Safe location for single traveler. They offer shuttle service to the Airport. I will likely reserve a room when I fly this summer.
