That the pool was down and not working. I THINK IT NEEDZ TO BE POSTED ON THE APP. WHEN BOOKING IF POOL IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE COMEING WITH KIDS AND THEY KNOW THERES A POOL AND THEN ITZ NOT THERE THEN YOU HAVE MAD KUDS AND PERANTS MAD BECAUSE WE BOOKED THERE FOR A POOL SO IF YOUR POOL NOT WORKING THEN POST IT SO WE DONT BOOK BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE BOOK FOR POOL WITH KIDS TY

No TV in the social area of the suite and very plain.

The size of the rooms and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water.

The sofa couch needed repair to a broken leg. The complimentary breakfast is in serious need of an upgrade.

Separation of bedroom and sitting room. The Spaciousness of the rooms. Enjoyed having a fridge and microwave. The entry staircase is beautiful.

It was outdated. It was clean, but the bedding was old and had stains. The room was clean but it smelled like it had been smoked in.

I did not like the accessibility for people with needs. I was using a walker, have a lot of difficulty walking. The front door was difficult to open and get through and there was only 2 handicap parking places, neither close to the building. If it had not bee for some kind customers who helped me I might still be there trying to get in.

The room was large and comfortable, thought the bathroom was very small, The lobby was very attractive and welcoming. The staff was also welcoming and helpful

The breakfast was minimal, no eggs or meat, so we basically skipped it, just had juice and coffee. More importantly though, someone else was clearly smoking in another room, and the cigarette smoke kept leaking into our bathroom, making it all but unusable. We complained to staff, but there's just not much they could do to find out who was smoking.

This was a convenient location for us on our trip. The suite was very large, much more than we had a use for, but that was nice. The price was also quite reasonable. The bed was comfortable. The use of hard flooring instead of the usual carpet was a good feature for us. The staff were all quite friendly.

The entire hotel looked "tired" and in bad need of an update. The outside, which is a consumer's first impression looked sad and a bit run down.

The location was easy to find and the breakfast had a good selection of items.

Breakfast had a lot to be desired. Bed pillows need to be thrown away they are lumpy. One staff member was out of line in talking to my wife. It takes way too long for hot water to get to the shower, a waste of water

Breakfast selections were skimpy when we went in about 8:15 side steps were difficult to enter with luggage.

The protein (meat and eggs) was gone from the breakfast selection when we arrived about 8am. That was dissapointing. The bathroom floor was not clean, it had hair on it, and not the color of any of ours. The pullout for the couch to make into a bed was broken. The water pressure was less than adequate. I could barely wash my hair because of the lack of pressure. The back yard needs a lot of work. It was uncomfortable to look at the state of the back "patio" area. At least clean it up even if it is not a usable area. The floor in the room where the frig was needs some work. It would have been nice for this to have been left a second bath, or even half bath, for the size of the expected party you market the room to. I sound complainy...but you asked.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She really made us feel welcome. I feel she went above and beyond expectations. The lobby was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, except for the couch/bed.

The lady said they didn't have any eggs because they were not delivered.

The facility was excellent. A great deal for the money. We've stayed here before.

The bathroom was so tiny, there’s not much space at all. No pool, but is advertised on the website. Our room said pool view, instead we looked out our window to see all kinds of materials. There’s also a $50-$100 Deposit required at checkin, however it is not stated on the advertisement/ website. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, not a lot of options. The blankets on the bed are very light, it’s more like an oversized throw blanket instead of a comforter, it wasn’t warm at all.

Loved the pond, and the lobby area is beautiful. The room was spacious and overall clean. The front desk employees were very polite and helpful! Very friendly!

Recent remodeling of suite was poorly done. The toilet was too close to the vanity to be comfortable. The common area of suite was lacking furniture.

Breakfast was kind of underwhelming.

Pleased to discover this hotel. It hadn't been an option before but it certainly is now. I loved the entry as you walk into the lobby.

I didn't like that although I'm a rewards member and have stayed here over 30 days in the last 4 months that I couldn't be upgraded to a deluxe room (Difference is a pull out couch) even though the person checking me in told me they only had 5 guest that night. I preferred a deluxe room only because I recently hurt my back and both knees and only deluxe rooms are on the main floor. I would have though that would not have been a problem but apparently it was... very upset over that but whatever. I also didn't like seeing little bugs running around on the bathroom floor.

I liked the location, staff are always friendly and the breakfast was the normal breakfast they always serve so that was good also.

Breakfast was substandard, coffee was not good. TV was low resolution and channels were patchy.

Bed was very comfortable. Linen was clean and fresh.

The deadbolt to our door did not lock. That was rather uncomfortable. We had some towels and pillowcases that were stained and unappealing to use/sleep on.

The beds are super comfortable. The water pressure is good, although it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Cannot speak about breakfast as we left before it was available. We have stayed before when our drive has become too long and it always feels safe, even if it is rather run down.
