Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The chairs in my room were worn out. It looks like it’s a bit dated.

Bathroom door kept shutting on me when I was washing my hands and tv remote was a little dirty and slow in working.
Breakfast was great, lots of variety, delicious orange juice!

Wifi in our room did not work. Recommend breakfast be open till 10 am.

Wifi does not allow uploads, at all as far as I can tell. It worked fine in general and I used my phone data to make a few small uploads, but this could be a problem for somebody needing to upload large files, multiple videos, etc.

Rooms are outdated. Multiple thermostats when only one was working. Also light switches that didn’t do anything. No fan working in the bathroom and the door would not stay open so there was a musty smell in the room.
Basic 2 star motel. Didn’t realize it would be doors to the outside when booked but it was not a problem. Rooms were comfortable and what I expected for the price. Breakfast had some hot items which I did not expect so bonus for that.

The rooms are a bit dated, and could definitely use a refresh, but they were clean and comfortable. Because the satellite TV box is mounted to the back of the stand, you have to be at just the right angle in the room to change channels; which is a little frustrating, but I also found it humorous, in a way. The bed was just the right firmness for me, but the pillows... Not the best, in my opinion.
I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels in my life, and this place has the best breakfasts, by far! Real eggs, link sausage, and hand-cut hash brown potatoes! And of course there's the waffles and cereals, etc. The area was also very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and greeted me with a smile, every time.

The room could have used some repair to some parts of the bathroom. The bottom back of the shower door was hammered and the bathtub could of used some fixing up, but was functional and had great water pressure.
It was close to everything in town, right in the center. It was a simple room and appeared fairly clean and kept up. Breakfast had some good options and was good tasting.

Have to walk outside to get to any of the amenities, somewhat limited breakfast setup.
Liked that they had a pool and hot tub, free breakfast in AM and coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider all day. Staff was very friendly.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. There was so much steam that it started dropping off the ceiling. The shower curtain didn't close, so the floor was wet when you exited the shower.
The room was clean. Breakfast was yummy.

Curtains near door not properly closing.

The bed is quite firm I suggest bringing a pad if possible. On This trip There were Several guys outside drinking and being loud the tv masked the noise for the most part. This was the first time that happened, maybe it’s a Saturday night thing?
The location is perfect, the spa & pool were nice after a long drive. Breakfast was awesome as usual lots of variety.

Breakfast serving hours were fine, except if you show up 15 minutes before the end, you're out of luck for hot items. Pool closes for maintenance: should post this schedule on the door.
