The rooms were extremely hot the air didn’t work too good in neither of our rooms and we had two rooms .

When I went down stairs to let them know my room key wasn’t working I explained to the lady with the floral print rolled her eyes so hard. On top of that they have roaches I seen at least 6 and I killed them both.

That it was close to my job.

It was a hot room ac don’t work and there was already trash in the room. $117 for 2 nights, the mattresses was very uncomfortable. The floors and bathroom sink and tub was nasty. The covers are from 2019 it’s horrible. They need to change a lot.

I can play my music loud it was close to my real house.

The TV kept freezing up on all channels. I told the office as soon as I got there, but nobody showed up to look at it. It was very irritating and I had to turn it off.

Everything was acceptable except the TV.

We were forced to leave a $25 deposit which I’ve never done before at that hotel but OK we left it and then our room was very clean when we left but the manager woman came in and accused us of smoking neither one of us smoke, and she would not give us back the deposit

Very disappointing reached at their previously years ago. The manager and owner were very kind and very nice when we stayed there. This was prior to Covid now the woman at the front desk and just exceptionally rude.

Nothing hardly worked. no ice machine was broke, the vending machine took my money and hotel wouldnt refund it, I had to keep restarting the heater as it would get cold and run real loud day and night. the internet wifi was constantly in and out which made it hard to do my work on my laptop. holes in the walls every where, no closet. the one little shelf on the wall with a clothes hanger was broke hanging half out of the wall. I will never stay there again.

the bed had memory foam mattress and was comfortable, I liked the extra big desk to do all of my studying and computer work for school, it was quiet, big freezer on the refrigerator, most hotels dont have freezers. the big walk in shower.

I picked this location because it offered breakfast when I booked it and when I arrived there was nothing and that was disappointing and large amounts of trash at the entrances that smell bad and was drawing bugs to it. We are talking about at least 15 bags of garbage in hot Texas Sun

Good price and the staff was polite.. large rooms if the property was just taken care of I would have been very satisfied

It didn't include breakfast and when I booked it. It said breakfast included. There was some mold on the bathroom wall behind the toilet

No breakfast, had to continue to call about trash and towels. Left and came back, still no clean towels and trash still sitting by the door. The halls smelled like marijuana.

Alpesh and his family are fantastic people! They are great with kids and are often accommodating beyond their means. They have a huge heart.

The filthiest, it stated no smoking was allowed but there were cigarettes butts in the room, cigarette burnt holes on stained blankets, bullet holes in the window, dirty carpet, the residents staying there and the activities. Someone was coming in my room while I was at work and I told housekeeping not to come in.

Being able to check in as late as I was able to.

Single door lobby entry w key. Would have been nice to be buzzed in, vs put down luggage pull key from envelope, open, use foot to hold open, pick up luggage, put card back in envelope and struggle me and luggage through door which was trying to close on me.

Able to use google maps to drive there. Desk employee recognized me. Breakfast slightly better than other economy hotels on loop 323 Tyler. Coffee, sweet and low and raisin bran, also some muffins and fruit. Smaller deposit than nearby economy hotels nearby.

Entry from single lobby door, so carrying in cooler and suitcase took 2 trips, and learning curve to use door key entry

Refrigerator had freezer and refrigerator so i could refreeze my blue ice. Desk employee always there and spoke American english.
