Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.... from the Indian behind the counter to the 'Sorry no Ing-glay' Latina cleaning the room. Room had no fridge, microwave, coffee maker or tissue. Next morning at continental style bf....no coffee, juice machine was watered down OJ, and apple was out of order. The corridor leading to my room smelled like rotting garbage. Plus, half of the parking lot was torn up.
The room itself was fine for the price. Air conditioning worked fine. Restaurant next door was very convenient.

There were socks hanging out from underneath the bed when we arrived. Walls are paper thin. The guest in the neighboring room used their blow dryer in the middle of the night, and it sounded like it was in our room. We had 2 queen beds and only one bed pillow. The rest of the pillows were square, the size of a throw pillow.

Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was a crockpot full of sausages. Room smelled like wet dog. Service desk was usually abandoned.

There wasn't really breakfast and we found a bug on the bed. The next day, my husband had bites all over his back. When we reached out with a photo, they never replied.
I liked the price, appearance, location, and nice lobby.

The smoke alarm in my room was completely inoperable!! The battery was completely dead. Even with holding the test button!

You advertise breakfast then give the breakfast don’t give the excuse the truck broke down it hasn’t come in it’s getting a little old also I want to know why I was charged up deposit for pets and then a cleaning deposit on top of that I thought that’s what the deposit was for And then the price of the room was jacked up because of the state wrestling tournaments we’re in town do you need her to get anybody for that in that place so you add another $35 to the bill unreal
Breakfast there was no breakfast They kept saying the truck didn’t come in well if you look back on recent reviews that truck must’ve been broken down because for months, you have not serve breakfast and if there was anything like cereal, it was so stale it’s a wonder it didn’t have bugs in it. Very Bad customer service.

Not very clean!! Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t served till 7:30-9, not much out which is fine but it would have been nice to have it start earlier. Didn’t seem like it was too much stuff that required a lot of attention so help the customer out.

No room service even though I was there 5 days. Card readers on doors seemed to malfunction every day. Breakfast is not a good value.

Everything was dated. Small crammed rooms. Chair in our room had tears. The sheets were clean but stained. No cups, no personal coffee maker, no ice bucket. No soaps. One hand towel. Two towels in a room that sleeps 4. No extra roll of toilet paper. People begging for money outside while we waited for our Uber. Overall not worth the $219.00 a night.

We only got two skimpy bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth. There were no facial tissues or cups in the room.
The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to and in walking distance of a few restaurants.

The toilet wasn’t fully attached to the floor, shifted under weight. The door handle wasn’t installed completely into the door. Was only one roll of toilet paper available, and there was an 75% used roll already out. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
I only stayed for a night, so there wasn’t a lot to go off of. I liked how quiet things were, we could control the temperature of our room, and that the check out and check in process was easy to do.
