We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesNew building but people, customers, dirtied right away. Bagged breakfast is muffin, apple, small bottle of water, and granola bar. And most of it is close to expiration, I think. Nice bathrooms, but almost no hot water. Took 15 minutes to take shower.
I liked the new fixtures, the cellar floor or C and the idea of a gym and breakfast area for coffee. I like the space of the rooms and the nice bed.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that I didn't have a ice machine but they had a ice bucket in the room and that they didn't have a soda machine on the premises. Also the TV reception wasn't very good the the program is on the TV keep freezing. I guess that the Wi-Fi and the Internet wasn't stable.
I like the fact that the facility in the room was very clean and comfortable.

United Stateswe didn’t have hot water for showers, the breakfast was a small apple, mini granola bar and a bottle water. We reserved a room with breakfast thinking it actually meant a breakfast. When we asked night desk for an extra pillow and some toilet paper, he said we would have to wait till morning to get it. we had to go to store to get a roll of paper for the evening. Unacceptable!

United StatesWhen I arrived I wasn’t greeted, I had to ask questions in regards to the breakfast which turns out to be a water bottle, granola bar, an apple & a miniature muffin in a brown bag. When I arrived to my room the floor was super sticky, the bathroom floor was not clean & desk were a little dirty. The second day me & my spouse stepped out & when we came back we were locked out of our room. I had to go downstairs to reception & tell them what was going on which I think was really ridiculous.
The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice & the room was quiet the first Day I was there.

I loved the size of the room, when I looked at bed it was dirty. Spent time in bathroom. It has water damage I had to run. The place is dripping, they have beeds is shades watching you over head, doors with light going around, red and green lights flashing, the smoke detecter flashing silent red. Then later it was green. Bagged breakfast water muffin and a chocolate breakfast bar. Can I have my money back? It turned me brown I bathed and found brown crud on my cloth. Before I left same thing.
