There’s no free parking available. If you have a car and plan to stay here between Monday and Saturday, you’ll need to pay for metered parking every day. I actually got a ticket because I woke up at 8:15 AM, but paid street parking starts at 8:00 AM.

A lot of the time even though we were on one of the upper floors we smelled cigarette smoke which was a bit annoying. Also when we came down for breakfast initially it had been picked clean and we were left with the few remaining tidbits because we did not come right when it began.

The price was good as it was just for 1 night and was close to the port from which we were leaving. The room itself was nice and quiet and clean.

The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The host on check in was friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is very small. Not soundproof at all. My room was on 4th floor right by the elevator. Only one room next to mine and a stairwell on the other side. In the evening I heard several loud conversations, louder than the tv in my room. Overnight I heard 3 different intimate "interactions" from different rooms. Super irritating. I stay at hotels quite often and this was over the top. My bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. For hours. I finally turned the fan on and the smell went away. Smelled pot in the hallways every time. But there are No Smoking signs everywhere. Bigger hotels are the same price and have better soundproofing and a restaurant.

There is too much noise from the other rooms Lobby is very small .. my room view was at grave yard They charge me 110$ for safety insurance once I check in .. after checking out, they said it will be refund in next week or two

The rooms are missing a lot of commodities and accessories. No clothing iron, no closet where to put your suitcases. No blow-dryer in the bathroom, no accessories such as a hair cap and toothpaste as well. They serve a cold breakfast with barely not much to eat. It should be way cheaper for the price they are charging people. A single bed like theirs should be less than $100 a night. $76 the night would be a reasonable price.

The curtain of the shower was not proper for it, all of the water spilled out of the bath. The room was very small size. The TV wasn’t working. The heather was not working at the beginning, then the staff had to get it repaired

Breakfast was really disappointing. No good option as well as always food was almost done whenever I reach the breakfast area. They don't backfill and when I asked, they said it is done for the day. Other than the breakfast, everything was ok. Room doesn't had a closet. That was kind of uncomfortable for us.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was really the basics and not a lot to offer. The bread was not the freshest, and the fruit choices were very limited and small quantity. Also, not a place I would want my family to stay as some of the people outside on the street looked a little shady, and would not have felt it safe for my kids to be outside without adult supervision.

Easy check in, and the people were very nice at the location. Easy access from Newark airport from where I was flying out of but had to find a place to stay due to flight cancellation.
