United StatesThe room needed a makeover along with the bathroom. The bathroom had mold above the shower wall , the shower head was clogged from calcium deposits. The TV remote was missing buttons. See pictures Breakfast was very minimal Continental breakfast.

United StatesThe free breakfast leaves little to be desired. Raisin bread was stake and other than instant oatmeal & cold cereals and cinnamon rolls that was all that was offered. Coffee was surprisingly good though. The smell of marajuana outside was so strong it was coming through the air system in our room and we had our granddaughter with us. It was a horrible smell.
Clean and easy to find. Helpful with a reservation modification.

United StatesI booked through booking.com 2 hours before arrival and told the lady I had a reservation but she was busy and obviously distracted due to checking in lots of workers who stay at property. She continued to create a new stay without looking for my reservation. This created a double charge. One hour later it was found and they refused to correct it and said I never said I had a reservation. I had to wait and argue between booking and property over two weeks before I was finally refunded. This could have easily been resolved on the spot!

United StatesBooked 3 queen rooms, 4 people in each. Was given 3 towels and washcloths. Had to ask for more for ea room. Requested non smoking rooms, all 3 rooms reeked of smoke. Had to go buy disinfectant sprays. 1bed particularly had dirty bedding and had multiple burn holes. Requested clean bedding. Missing shower curtain in 1 bathroom. Had to ask for 1. No bk on remote control for Tv. Breakfast was very inadequate, basically cold cereal and bread. definitely not enough of what was offered for an entire hotel of guests No air on in the rooms, we had to request it be turned on and it barely worked. We had left for a little while to visit family in the area. When we returned we were locked out of all 3 rooms, had to go to the front desk and have new key cards programmed. While the entire family waited for access. Witnessed illegal activity by 1 of the staff who's action and speech made us very uncomfortable especially since we were traveling with young children!! Was on a budget for our vacation or would have definitely switched hotels! Thankfully it was only a 2 day stay, we were constantly faced with something!!

United StatesThe employee at check-in. His shirt was filthy, his hair was to his shoulders and when he was talking to me he kept pushing it out of his face. I don’t know what his name was because he didn’t have a name tag on his filthy dirty shirt. He rambled on about how his sinuses were infected, etc. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough. He was absolutely disgusting and should not be dealing with the public. If I have an occasion to stay there again and he is still working there I will not stay there. The only thing that would make this better would be a total refund. I could go on and on about his behavior but I think you get the picture.
