Negative! Breakfast room closed. No coffee pot in room even tho I asked about it at registration and was told there WAS one in the room. I called every day for it but never came. Microwave was not plugged in and no where to plug in cabinet. I had to carry it to the bathroom vanity for power. Toilet paper was scant. I asked for new roll on second day. On third day still no TP I threatened to use linens for TP if it didn’t come! In the muddle of summer the POOL was not open. It looked clean and useable but closed. The staff didn’t know what they were doing. When I checked in the woman asked me what room I had before she gave me one. One card key dud nut work. Staff had limited to no information/awareness if basic businesses in the area.

We asked for a discount for loss of services and they did give us food allowance.

They said there would be breakfast and a pool. The pool is out of order and the only breakfast is coffee. It was a bit rundown

It was dirty. There was only one chair. The door that hid the fridge was broken. The hairdryer was missing so we had to go buy one. Some of the lights didn't work, and it was very dark in the room. Plus, we had to stand on a chair to turn on the AC. Last but not least, the bed was too high, it was hard to get in and out of.

It was close to where we needed to be. It was quite.

Reservation was made April 27 for May 3. It said check in was at 3pm and I had planned on arriving then. Things happened and we did not arrive until 10pm, which was fine. But upon arrival, the associate at the desk said they were over booked and it would be a 30 minutes wait until a room was cleaned for us. He then proceeded to a room with another associate, without anything in hand to get the room ready when he had stayed it needed to be cleaned. When asked if that was going to be our room he said yes and I asked how was he cleaning it if he had nothing no clean sheets, clean towels or anything he then said we just needed to check it had everything it needed. It was very unacceptable having us wait 30 minutes at that time of day and nothing extra was done in the room. The room was unacceptable, carpet had stains, shower tiles looked to be removed and then put back but not done right, toilet didn't flush properly, tv remote was missing battery cover. Also when booking it said there would be breakfast included and that was never mentioned to us where it was and we never saw it.

Very disappointed with the experience.

I did not appreciate the time the employees start to set up for breakfast. My coworkers and I left to work at around 6:40 and therefore where are the breakfast station before 6:30. when we tried to get breakfast the door was locked and there was nothing set up. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel but unfortunately, I was never able to take advantage of this amenity

I liked the location it was very convenient for my jobsite. It was overall clean and cozy.

When we walked in, we were a bit wary. It wasn’t inviting. The door was very hard to shut we had to slam the door. We could here that others did too. There was a big gap around door frame. It just made it feel unsafe. Ther hairdryer was missing. We could here a very loud party near by. furniture really needs to be replaced, It is so worn the color was gone. You could see the fresh wood underneath. The table/desk was the same, the glass on the tabl was hard to seeto see through. if the dresser was redone and the table was redone and had a new glass, it wouldn’t enhance the room.

It had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable.

The keys didn’t work for our room, the guys took a while to come and the house keepers wouldn’t give towels unless we gave them to the front desk. First time I was ever told that staying at a hotel.

Need of serious upgrade and cold water faucet in bathroom sink was leaking and hot water faucet just spinned around. There was no hot water. Had to run the water in the shower for shaving and washing face.

Fitness center is down. Not sure but it was lil dirty had wipe stuff down. Faucet was leaking, tried to close it but valve loose. Found a lot of random hair.

The breakfast consists of fruit , pastry, coffee and juice more of a breakfast snack.

The room was old and dirty literally everywhere. Most of the outlets to plug in a charger for your phone didn't work. The sheets needed changing and the staff gave me a hard time about asking for new linens even though the original bed sheets looked old and smeeled bad. The only staff member who was professional was the lady who checked us in on Thursday night. The interior of the room was dirty. I had to spray with cleaners all of the surfaces. The shower head looked unsanitary, and the bathtub and toilet looked damaged and should have been replaced a long time ago The ceiling and walls were dingy and dirty. They should have been cleaned and painted. Two of the lights in the room didn't work .

Not much was pleasing at all. The room and property did not look like the pictures presented

A bit overpriced for the type of hotel. If you're on a road trip, better off sleeping in your vehicle and saving the $117 for gas and food.

Roof had a water leak, I was tired after working all day and needed rest but I had to move rooms in the rain. The tap water was yellow, was very bad till I ran it out.

Didn't use both rooms had last minute complications. And your no refund policy! No longer offers fresh breakfast only danishes and crappy coffee. Door card reader barley works had to try a both cards repeatedly to unlock the door everytime. The bathroom walls were dirty. No chairs to sit in. No ice bucket and the TV remote barely worked also.

We didn't get to check in. For whatever reason, when we arrived the front desk said they weren't able to charge my card, so they cancelled our reservation! The lady at the front desk said she tried to call me, but I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. My husband offered to try his card instead. The front desk said "Okay, but unfortunately don't have your reservation anymore so the room will be $267/night, is that okay?" Ummm no?! The price when we booked the room for 3 nights was $97/night!! We couldn't find any hotel near by for under $120/night, so we drove back home and our daughter who is autistic was extremely disappointed ☹️

Place was not like the online picture. Was old and looked.like it needed work. Plus room was old and smelled . I'm sorry I don't want it to sound like I'm complaining I just have to be fair to others and speak the truth. Please invest and fix this facility and post actual pictures its only fair.
