Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The TV in the room only got two channels. It seemed that people were parking there and then walking over to the fair. Why do you take the make/model of our vehicles?
The bed was comfortable and we got a good night of sleep. It was exceptionally close to the fairgrounds.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The TV was tiny and the channel options weren't the best. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor while in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was starting to fall apart. Also, the parking lot was disgusting and had broken glass.
The bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room wasn’t clean our soap wasn’t replaced the toilet was dirty and we had no fresh towels or was clothes . We had to stand to use bathroom and we didn’t shower we left early to get home so we could shower and be comfortable

Rundown, staying in a room booked for 4 but only had 2 towels, had to switch rooms bc AC didn’t work, breakfast selection was slim at best and we had to wait for everything to be refilled, really NEEDS more staff bc no one answers the phone when you try to call the front desk- and we tried multiple times, not enough chairs to go with the tables in the breakfast area provided- 4-5 (2) person tables and 4 chairs overall??? Doesn’t make sense.

No towels we're ever replaced even after asking multiple times. The breakfast is a joke and the floors of the room looked like they've never been swept or mopped.

Was dirty needs cleaned up had trash piled up around cans outside and floors and shower in room was dirty pool has been closed for years needs pool fixed we won’t be back again till it’s fixed we stayed every year and it’s not fixed yet

It’s a little run-down, some things in the room were broken. No dresser/drawers for clothing. The tub was dingy. There was hair stuck in the back of the hair dryer and the cradle was broken. Stains on lamp shades.
The location is great for what I needed. The room was surface clean. The air conditioner worked. The fridge and microwave were clean and in working order. The linens were clean.

No one answered the phones, we received a text message to respond with any questions and by the time someone did it was no longer relevant. Breakfast selection was decent however there were not enough chairs for the amount of tables so our entire party couldn’t eat or sit together- we only had 9 and 4 or 5 of us struggled to sit/eat together.
The location was perfect. The room was clean but definitely could use some updating- more than the facelift it was given.

While the bed sheets were probably clean, there were stains on them. Some of the outlets in the room didn't work, along with one of three lamps didn't work.
Conveniently located near the convention center which was nice. The drive thru next door was also nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the best part of the stay.

The floorboards of the bedroom leaked near the bathroom after every shower. The floor stayed wet no matter how many towels we put down to soak it up. The breakfast was also really disappointing. Booking.com stated it was free breakfast included but there was barely any food. Very very small breakfast with very few options.

Flies kept appearing in the room. I would kill one and another would appear. 7 confirmed kills before bedtime. Bathroom had hair in bathtub drain and mildew in sink and towels were in short supply. Tenants smoked pot outside room and it made for a less than enjoyable sleep by being sucked through air-handler.
Location served my purposes. Staff was friendly.

Smoke detector was hanging off the wall, several of the lights did not work and, the bathroom was extremely cramped with a door that was difficult to open and shut. No one bothered to come make the bed or clean the room (couldn't have been more than ten cars in the lot so it's not like they didn't have time) and flies just kept on coming out of nowhere. Killed five before just quitting and living with it.
Beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was polite and helpful.

People wait until 12:30 AM to begin loud noise and partying and yelling right in front of the doors. This continues till almost 4 AM. I was there on two separate occasions. I hesitated the second time because of the experience in September. I will definitely not return. I value sleep in a hotel experience. I didn’t get much here.
