United StatesCable tv was removed since my last stay. Now you have to use your own streaming accts on a roku. Less for same price. Also small tv. Bed was hard as a rock. My cot when I was deployed in Iraq was more comfortable. Vending machines don't take credit cards. Most other hotels have this feature. WIFI is HORRIBLE!! What is it 56k dial-up? Had to go outside to get enough cellular signal to order doordash food. No iron or ironing board like most other hotels. Toilet paper holder is falling off, shower curtain rod is loose, sloppy looking drywall patches. Just a janky run-down looking room. Didn't try the breakfast. I always check out very early in the morning.
This is the third time I've stayed here in the past 4 months or so. I needed a place with semi truck parking. That was top priority. They do have that.

United StatesWell we will start with the water from the shower, the first night I used it I got burned, the second time it was cold. The blow dryer didn't work no big deal. The hot tub no water, freezing cold what water was in it, pool water freezing. Breakfast could be better, I didn't eat it but I seen what they had to offer. Bread Danish, cereal and pancakes... The lamps in the room could be distributed better some of the room was dark. I couldn't figure out how to put close caption on TV but that's ok....
The rooms were nice, Restaurants and shops were in walking distance.

United StatesWe had to vacuum our own room. They said they would come clean and give us fresh towels every three days. They never did we had to chase them down and there seemed to be a leak in the water somewhere because the floor stayed wet. Vending machines and ice machine didn’t work. Laundry facilities dryer was not working either.

This property was so horrible I did not even stay there. It is an emabarassement to your company. If you want to attract normal healthy, paying customers you should not keep this site in your Days Inn line up of motels. It looked like drug dealers lived there, the front desk person was rude and off putting. Also if a property is being cleaned up or mitigated for whatever reason, it should be closed to the paying public. If Days Inn wants to cater to people to live in their motels they shuold not try to market themselves as a decent, clean, safe option for other paying guests who just want a clean safe place to stay for a night. Not a good look for Days Inn and I have told my family and friends about this experience and would never recommend any Days Inn property to anyone in the future.

United StatesFirst off, I booked this room for my daughter and son in law. It was for a non-smoking king bed room. Once they got checked in, it was close to 11pm. They get to the room, and it reeked cigarette smoke inside. They went to the desk to ask for another room, they were told it was their last room available, so they went back to the room and had to deal with it. About an hour later, they both started to itch and realized they had bug bites all over them, presumably bed bugs. They reported it to the front desk and then asked for a refund. They were told that they would have to contact Booking.com since that's how the room got booked. They then checked out less than 2 hours after they arrived and slept in their car. Now I contacted the hotel and let them know of their experience and they first responded that they were not made aware of any issues and there was nothing they could do and that nobody told them to contact Booking.com. Then, after multiple back and forth messages, they responded that they signed the folio agreement that there are no refunds after 15 minutes after they check in, hotel policy. I then contacted Booking.com customer support, and my account was just credited a whole $12.69 for our troubles. They are supposed to be contacting the hotel, but they will more than likely deny everything, and I will be out close to $70.
The Health Department should shut this place down.

United StatesWhen we arrived at 10pm got our room I checked in online but still had to do 2 pieces of paperwork. No pet no early clock in or out. Was there to sleep and leave to go to funeral.. we had a pillow fight and the smoke detector fell down hanging on wall we fixed but didn't realize some of the ceiling dust was left/dropped on the floor would cause a 45 dollar charge saying we had cats and they found litter and hair.. (i dont like cats) (who travels to a funeral with animals?) Not me!! stating it was by the trash can and sink but both trash cans were left by the front door. ( i bagged and tied my trash) I left at 9.40 am. I should of went to office to have a walk thru with such a run down place. But i didnt and the videos i thought i took i must not have saved for some reason.. but booked a reservation with smoking upon arriving it wasn't available I said but I reserved it and the lady said we'll u also came later then you said you was gunna be here?? Like so that's an excuse to give my reservation up?? I already paid for the room so I should have got the room I requested.. but I didn't!! Then when calling this morning the lady was very rude and when I asked the lady for manger name she said we'll we have pictures and which I requested and was told no.. I will be contacting management.. i told her to watch cameras we carried our pack backs in she said agh I've seen people hide animals in there bags and got rude ans disconnected the call... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

United StatesThe hot tub didn't function the indoor pool had no heat inside building so was very cold and not for swimming during the winter, the bathtub plunger to hold water in was broken, the bathroom sink faucet was on a constant leak it was broken, the ceiling was falling in looked like previous water damage from the upstairs, the staff was nice but rude as well. There was no toilet paper and the television was very old. Was pretty bad.

The pool was freezing cold to the point it was unbearable. The hot tub had no water dirt and bugs. None of the staff seemed bothered or concerned about the state of things until I said we were checking out.
