We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesPool was closed for repair, no hot tub and no exercise equipment. The stairs were under repair so had to walk long way to get to 2nd story rooms. We were on motorcycles so not convenient at all. The whole property looked like it was under repair.

United StatesHotel is very short staffed. One morning there was no one at the front desk and the reception area was locked thus no breakfast. Wifi is my room did not work. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. The facility itself is in need of several areas of maintenance. The stairs near my second floor room were blocked off. I had stayed at this hotel back in October, and didn't have a good experience. If I had recognized it was the same place, I would not have booked there again.
Room heater worked and kept room temperature fairly pleasant. There were enough towels this time.

The room was under construction obviously there was no bathroom door just some broken sliding plastic thing , no privacy for the bathroom the hair dryer was not attached to the wall.

United StatesThe stay would have been a 10/10, but we went to enjoy town in the morning.We put the DND sign on the door and took off. We didn't get back until late that evening and we got up to our room the DND sign was stuck in the door so I went in to see if anything had been stolen. Glad nothing was but someone urinated in the toilet and left. I went to the front desk about 3 minutes after I seen that and I never got awnsers so I don't think I will be back to this hotel

United StatesExcellent shower pressure, fairly comfortable beds with freakishly short, hard pillows that would be best used to prop up furniture - not heads, filthy carpet that leaves your feet black if your brave enough to go without shoes, feces marks on toilet paper holder and wall, terribly overpriced for no apparent reason. United StatesWe provided a list to the manager of the items we thought were subpar. The bathtub had no drain plug, the sink in the vanity was cracked, the faucet on the vanity was loose, toilet tank didn't always refill after use. Breakfast: inadequate even for a continental breakfast. I have celiac......thus ,waffles, cereal etc, is not edible for me. So, I ate a banana. Husband and I had to to go eat breakfast elsewhere. Typically, there are hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice(was available), coffee machine in the room with all the supplies but NO Carafe.
The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice. The room seemed clean.
