The property seems a little rundown. The pool is not working and closed until further notice. The rooms are a little dated with aging furniture showing signs of wear and tear. During our stay, the bed frame in our room came a part causing one corner of the bed to be on the floor. It wasn’t broken exactly. More like the bolts holding the corners of the frame together must have been loose and ended up falling out. The room numbers are taped to the inside of each rooms window. The freezer compartment in the mini fridge was missing the door. There was a notice in the room about not using too much electricity all at once because it would cause power outages. It’s a Wyndham property so a little surprising. I haven’t checked yet but I would highly suspect the place was recently acquired by Wyndham and is in a transition phase for repairs and remodeling. It’s not terrible. The place was cleaned well and it was conveniently located. Just showing signs of wear and in need of some updates mostly.

The room had plenty of space and we likes that it had two chairs (since most places tend to have only one chair).

The “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, lots of noise from other rooms and a beeping vending machine all night, uncomfortable bed, shower curtain not long enough to stay in tub.

There was nothing to legitimately complain about. We knew what we were getting. Just needed a place to lay our heads and park our trailer.

Evening Front desk staff was great. Super helpful and accommodating for our trailer. Easy check in. Perfect travel breakfast.

No customer service. I went out of my way and called the night before to request a ground floor and that I would be using a company credit card when I arrived. When I arrived at 6:30pm, I was informed that my credit card was charged at 3:00pm and they could not change it. This meant that I had to pay the cost of the room myself because the paperwork to file a personal expense is difficult. The clerk was also not aware I requested a ground floor room. On a side note: I reserved the room 29 hours before my stay. When I checked out of the room, I had received 8 emails concerning the stay including three text messages; even after NOT agreeing to receive SPAM. Very frustrating. Very disappointing stay.

The price point was the driving factor since I only needed to sleep and keep traveling.

Staff were rude. Instead of knocking , the staff would walk in, not once, but twice. They threatened to call police if we were not off the property by 11, or telling my wife to leave cause they have to come into our room. So wife leaves, they didn't clean or nothing. Then when they did leave, or room door was left open all day. Now we're missing belongings and when we went to the desk about it, they said that the door being left open didn't happen. So now I'm liar.

Had to give $25 for pet in room and yet rug was stained, small dog went under bed and she found used paper plates and likely something she was eating under there!! Hope she doesn’t get sick!! The only chair seat was also stained and ripped.

I was charged twice for the stay, even though the clerk said I was charged once by my bank statement shows I was charged twice. The weekend staff didn’t know how to fix it and after I checked in, went to the assigned room, the room card didn’t work, I had to go back to the office already upset that all my money for the weekend was taken out and I was just tired and didn’t have any money to go anywhere else. On Saturday evening after spending my time around the town, my room card didn’t work, again. I had to go back to the office to get it set up again. Very inconvenient considering they didn’t even offer to call the management team for me to fix this.

I had privacy, no one in either room beside me which was awesome.

Two people, 1 set towels. Bugs in floor. Another customer complained about my parking and received room change. I don't care, but I had 16" from tire to line on one side and 20" from tire to line on the opposite side. One bed has sharp metal edge sticking out for your leg to hit every time.

The room was about three doors away from ice machine.

No laundry facilities on site, the room had lots of issues with the drain in the bathroom and toilet, the room was dirty and missing things like a trash can.

The staff was helpful and conveniently located next to restaurants and grocery stores.
