You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI felt gross as soon as I walked into the room. It had the weirdest smell. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were nicer and cleaner than this one. If they would just take a little bit more time to clean the rooms, it wouldn’t be bad at all. You would probably get good reviews.

We were a little nervous about this stay given reviews and the fact that Helen PD pulled in as we were checking in, however we were pleasantly surprised and the place served its purpose for us - an affordable place for us to safely rest our heads for a few days exploring the area. Sure the hotel and rooms are dated and in need of some tlc, but our room seemed to have had a coat of paint and a new vanity some time in recent history. PROS: The beds were fine Water pressure okay Breakfast enough to get us started for the day Walking distance to everything we needed. Thankfully no sign at all of permanent residents.
