The check in staff was not friendly. He did not seem trustworthy. He was very late with breakfast. 8 people were waiting and it took the waffle iron a long time to warm up.

Our sink was mostly clogged. The towels were tiny. It’s expensive for what you get but Moab is expensive.

Great proximity to everything. It has a better breakfast than other Days Inns I’ve stayed at. I liked the coffee/hot chocolate that was always available (and sometimes stocked) and the fruit. It was a nice treat. The bed was decent. The pillows were great.

Front desk staff are woefully undertrained.

Traveled for work. Front desk did not know how to apply tax exemption to the bill. Front desk would not print a hard copy receipt upon checkout. Have not received an email receipt. Request Booking.com email an invoice for this stay .

The place is old and dated. Just about everything could be updated. The bathroom tub faucet leaked. The towels were old and worn. The carpet could be replaced. The free breakfast was not good. The staff I encountered was good though. All these things one could expect depending on price; however, the cost was more than the value. The following night, in a different town, I stayed in a hotel that was less expensive and way nicer!

It was in walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

The lock on the door was not easy to close. This accommodation is at the end of the main street, which might not suit some, but there is an excellent place across the road to buy sandwiches and food for days trips or those on the road, and restaurants close by.

The accommodation was reasonable, and as one would expect for the price in Moab, which is an expensive place. A seating/dog park area had been created, and bags were provided to clean up after dogs. The dog fee was $20. Typical motel breakfast.

All work like painting and caulking in room looked to ahve been done by someone who had never done this type of work before. Hallway and staircase to upper hallway looked like carpet had not been cleaned in a year

Room was quiet. Checkout was easy
