Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No dresser to put clothes. Humidity was an issue and ac wouldn't go below 72. A little over priced for the amenities provided but understanding it was a busy time it was understandable.
Staff was friendly. Location was central to our activity. Easy to find. Breakfast was decent. Water pressure and heat were great.

Breakfast options were very limited and a little uninspiring. A little fresh fruit and more than one kind of muffin would have made a big difference.
The rooms were very nice and looked new. Despite the booking listing, all rooms were smoke free. Amenities were minimal, but for the price we feel like we got a good value.

Towels and wash cloths were very thin and probably old, but they appeared clean so that didn’t bother me. Could use a hook on bathroom door or outside it to put clothes when showering.
Room was clean , bed comfortable and nice bedding. Close to the interstate. We did not eat breakfast here, but there was a Perkins next door. Very affordable for a quick stop traveling through the state. I would stay again. Staff nice.

Air conditioning unit in the wall. No coffee or water availability at check in or check out.
I went downstairs a bit after 9, and the breakfast area was cleaned out. It would be awesome to leave out some coffee and maybe a banana or muffin so that those who arrive late and sleep in some could still have a boost back on the road.

How about adding eggs and bacon to the breakfast menu? Otherwise ok.
The facilitaies were ok for a quick stop and a good nights sleep. Had a Perkins next door which was good for a hot meal. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Would stay again if passing through this way and needed a place to stay the night.

Nobody around at checkout time. You had to call someone if you wanted a receipt.
Recently remodeled, comfortable bed, new soft sheets, no carpet, several outlets, and USB ports Would stay here again.

We stayed at this location for six days and the room was never cleaned by staff. We were told every three days but no one never showed up except for to exchange towels. We had to go get our own towels for the next day.
Everything seems to be renewed and refreshed. New flooring, new beds new paint new pictures.

Not the best breakfast. But not horrible. Only eggs and waffles, plus all the fun high sugar stuff like cereal, oatmeal and muffins. No meat. Coffee was meh.

Old. Room does have a musty smell like others have posted. Breakfast was limited. Get there early. I was able to get the last bit of eggs left.

I can't think of anything to complain about other than there were no $100 bills under my pillow.
I have stayed here before and it was OK. I am happy to report that it has gotten even better. The room was nice and clean, the shower great, everything worked as should including the device charging ports. The front desk was very friendly and helpful too.
