Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restroom was small and the room smelled like smoke. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but I wasn’t sure if it was the previous occupant or next door.
Property was easy to get to and well lighted at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Strong odor in room when arrived. Disapated later.
. was clean and comfortable. Room had a strong odor of cleaner/fragrance upon arrival. Smell did disapate over time. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had limited choices, but food was good. Choices were omelet, biscuits and gravy, patty sausage and waffles. Also had a selection of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, orange and apple juice. No fresh fruit available. Breakfast area is small but clean. Pool area is nice, but the late night guest left beer bottle caps in pool area. Grandson swam this morning, and otherwise area was clean. Arrived later, about 545 or 6 pm. Had reservation already and notified hotel of late check in. Employee was nice and helpful. Another guest was grilling by the pool, and it smelled delicious. Grills are provided by the pool area. I don't know how clean the grills are because I didn't go to that area. They also have laundry and gym area, but didn't visit them either. Parking is a little rough, but not too bad. Overall a good experience.

Nothing to dislike.
The outside does not represent the inside: we had a large, clean apparently recently refurbished room. Breakfast is complimentary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is free. Close to a cinema.

The weather ;-)
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The amenities were adequate, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Considering the price, it was a great value for a quality stay. We appreciate the effort put into keeping the accommodations in good condition. Thanks for a positive experience!

My only complaint is I was put into a smoking room, but I feel that was my checking in error and I just dealt with it. I made the decision to make the best of it, because I was on the ground floor (which is what I wanted) and was afraid that changing rooms may result in losing the ground floor option. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience that I would gladly choose this location again for future stays. However, I will be more careful when pre-checking in.
Unfortunately, I was never able to partake of the breakfast, because I was never up early enough to try it. However, I was very happy that they had a laundry area for customer use.

Thought we were suppose to get a no smoking room and our room had definitely been smoked in. The room next to us had loud music playing until about 5:00 in the morning.
The AC unit worked great! Beds were comfy and shower was hot.

Newly renovated and so the rooms were very fresh and nice. Literally a building in a carpark on the main road - like most motels in the USA. Convenient to Paris town centre and also to the main roads to get to and from town.

Keep breakfast choices until time is over especially on weekends. No coffee was biggest problem
