For starters, it was really noisy at night. Every time I went out for a cigarette, someone asked me for one. The hallway and elevator smelled like weed. They advertise that they have breakfast and they do, but it is literally just a muffin toast and orange juice. I must say that the staff is very good and friendly though and very helpful. The location wasn’t bad. And the beds are not too bad i’ve slept in worse. The TV did not work even though they said we had television. We were only there for one night so overall it wasn’t that bad. I probably will not stay there again though. But if you’re looking for just one night quick fast then this is a decent place to go. just don’t expect the Taj Mahal or anything. And if you’re staying on a weekend bring headphones so you can get a decent amount of sleep. LOL

The breakfast left a lot to be desired--packets of oatmeal, white bread (though no toaster), some fruit and fruit cups. But the coffee was plentiful and available throughout the day.

The desk clerk was friendly and immediately upgraded my room upon check-in. The room was clean and spacious, and especially quiet at night.

Our door was not shutting properly, and the shower head was spritzing water everywhere. We went to the front desk to notify the manager on duty that night (7/17/5). I cant remember his name, but he was amazing!!! He was understanding and apologetic. He moved us to a bigger room and was very accommodating. He made the stay so pleasant.

All carpets I saw are in dire need of cleaning. Walking barefoot in my room to the shower, I had dark soil run off with the water at first. Breakfast was listed on the website, but it's not worth the time to look at. Get food elsewhere. Light switch by the door did nothing; lamps were necessary.

Easy parking, located near major shopping and eats. It was close to my training location and the price was great.

We had an extended stay and a change of rooms with one room having bed springs popping out of the side of mattress and the shower head was the white plastic used for outside type RV shower (short & rigid)

Complimentary breakfast was awful! Juice was watery, coffee was watery, spoons were no where to be found, only white bread and two toasters. Excuse me but Rice Krispie treats from Walmart are not my idea of breakfast food.

Breakfast was stale white toast, instant oatmeal, coffee machine, period!! Hardly breakfast. People sleeping or hanging in all common areas..very unsettling. Paid too much, availability was limited do to concert crowd. We would not stay again, booked due to default.

The cleaning ladies were great. They made me feel at home and made sure my room was clean and had all amenities needed for a pleadureable experience. The cleaning lady Natasha really outperformed all my expectations she was kind professional thorough and a pleasure to speak with. Greeting Natasha was always a pleasure and great way to start my day. She is definitely a great asset to have around because if it wasn't for here my ratings for my stay there would be a little less generous. Overall my stay was accommodating.

The pillows on the bed were half size and uncomfortable. Lamps were dated and rusted on the base where chargers could be plugged in.

Constant water leaking from shower, the outside sink has a very very very slow drain due to it being clogged. Broken furniture and dirty bathroom with stains around area. There was a bug in the room
