Beds to firm for my taste, security lock on side of building was broken, ant one could enter hotel.

It was close to Cedar Point, shopping and food.

The people loitering in parking lot behind the hotel. The marijauna smell throughout the hotel.

Hard time finding staff. House keeping during the stay was non existent. 4 people to a room for 2 nights 2 and a half days. Never got my towels replenished had to find someone then ask. My linen was never changed followed directions to leave the sign on the bed did that but they never even came in the room. Needs more staffing

It had a pool that was maintained it was quiet.

Television reception was bad, with continuous pixilated picture. The bed was super hard. The breakfast was very limited and the attendant began putting it away 45 minutes before the end time.

The entire facility was clean and well kept.

Our bathroom could have been a tad cleaner, and one of our beds had some stains on the sheets. Rooms are not the most soundproof either if you are a light sleeper.

Location is great for Cedar Point and also being close to fast food/restaurants. Our room looked newly remodeled and was very convenient (USB ports, iron and ironing board, coat/clothes hooks, desk, comfy beds). Front desk staff were very accommodating to us checking in after 12am after returning from Cedar Point.

The rooms were not clean what so ever, blood stains on bed… and huge hair balls in the corner one of the employees was not nice and we asked for towels and toilet paper and he said we couldn’t get any until almost check out time..

They advertise a bar, but it’s not open. The tv glitches on every channel. Breakfast was sub par, only yogurt, beagles, and cereal. Also, after the cleaners came, they left our room door opened for the entire day while we were out and about.

The property was clean, friendly staff, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived to our room there was a stinch, like a "closed up" house stinch. I sprayed some smell good and sanitized the room then we departed. Upon returning, the smell was back and this time i repeated sanitation and used the exhaust portion of the A/C but to no avail. As stated above could be from reno. Hotels have gotten away from daily or every two day housekeeping. I was told the next morning that if I'd like towels daily id have to request?? Like how sway???

This location was closer to my inlaws. You can tell they are in the process of continuing renovations. It did have a smell to it that I just could not put my nose on, Overall good stay and would consider again after renovations are fully complete. Staff was friendly as expected.

Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but other than that it was a clean hotel.

The pool and location. People at the desk were friendly and made the process easy.

The $50.00 deposit return. I paid cash, checked out early , 5am, and the manager on duty seemed to not know what to do as far as returning my money. He got someone else screwed up with my transaction. He refused to call back the manager when I asked him to. He saw i paid cash. Why not get $50.00 to me, and then when your manager came in, get it from him? I had to wait till 10am for another manager to solve the problem. Then they wanted to mail $50.00 cash to me. Which is unprofessional, and what if my money gets lost in the mail. I opt for a check and hope to get it. The room was ok, but there was someone else's hair all over the floor around the walls. Cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom. Hair dryer needed wiped off. The breakfast was like waffles, cereal, toast, apple, and banana. I guess I was hoping for more options. The towels were not the greatest. Won't cover your body.

Some of the staff. The lock entries were very secure. The keys seemed to work with no problems. The water got hot quickly, and great water pressure. It seemed quiet. I heard the pool was heated year around, and we didn't go swimming.

It was overpriced for such a mediocre setting. Very basic continental breakfast. Would not recommend.

So around midnight we get a knock on our door as we had requested more towels that for some reason they decided to give us around midnight. Because of a couple kids getting stranded at the tournament we were at I had a couple more kids in my room. So the guy demands we try to rent another room. I did not have the money for that, so he calls his boss and who tells him to tell me it was ok for that night and that we would work something out in the morning. Then my debit card gets nailed for the price of my entire trip again. I went down to talk to the night clerk about what he had done and he apparently did not believe me when I said I had already paid for the trip in full. And asked why that was happening as they said they would work it out the next day. The manager came in the next day and was extremely apologetic and helpful and said the guy clearly didn't know what he was doing. The manager did everything he could to make it right, but the idiot night clerk emptied my bank account and it would take days for me to get my money back. The manager was amazing though and the best I have ever seen.

Location was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was ok.

bathroom needed a better clean. Dark hair on floor and shower wall- not from us. Needed coffee supplies like sweetener, sugar, and creamer for the mini coffee maker,

easy to get to, very convenient to where we were needing to be.

The location was confusing and there should be better signage to direct you into the parking lot. My room first appeared clean but when I moved the side table to pick up something I dropped, I noticed dried up food behind it. I didn't like the shower because it was on a platform, and you have to step up-and-over to get into it. Last, the frumpy staff looked like bums wearing hoodies, I wasn't sure if they really worked there. Didn't seem like they knew how to act professional.

The mattress was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean. No signs of bed bugs.

The room wasn’t that clean but for the price it was a steal. It also was really far from cedar point farther then I’m use to traveling. They shouldn’t have cedar point in there name for how far it is from the park my opinion.
