Close proximity to Shenandoah and Skyline Drive, also near Luray Caverns. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was okay, when the ac kicked on it smelled horrible, our bed sheets and blankets had stains on them and the bath tub had soft spots in it.

I loved the location, it was not a loud area.

The comforter on one of the beds had stains. The bathroom fan sounded like an airplane crashing. Just outdated in general.

The beds were pretty comfortable. Vending machine prices were very good.

No Internet reception, even after rebooting it was off and on. Would have preferred a coffee maker in the room as we were not able to walk back and forth to the Main Lobby.

Staff is excellent. Joy represents the Hotel extremely professional.

The tub didn't drain fast, it got up to my shin when I took a shower. The neighbors we had a dog that barked at any little nois. We only stayed one night instead of two but was charged for both nights. They are refunding the one night but it is going to take 7 to 12 business days to get my money back.

It is located in the lap of nature - a very peaceful and calm environment.

There was still hair in the tub when we first got there, found dead bugs still in the window seal. Room 118 bottom of the door frame needs to be replaced. For the money that we were charged, the hotel should have offered a better breakfast than just a granola bar.

Location of where we were visiting was a good location. Liked how the AC was already on so the room would be cool when we got there. Where our room was, it was all quiet so the pets and we all were able to sleep decently. Outside to walk the dogs was very spacious.

Pet charges for little dogs. The confusion of bill. I left one day early and it confused everyone. I booked thru booking.com and have proof that I was suppose to pay ONLY $312.90 total for 3 NITES, I only stayed 2 and was charged $404. Hopefully they get it straight.

No breakfast, consisted of granola bars and coffee. Bed was very good. Room is very worn. No coffee machine in room. Staff was nice but not skilled.

There were flies in the room but they provided a swatter. The smell was strong, mainly in the common garden, maybe because it is close to a rural field. Room is old, breakfast is poor. Pool was still not opened.

Room was clean, price was fair and the hotel is well located. Plenty of parking. The secret is to come with low expectations, it is a simple place. Not suitable if one is looking for luxury.

We checked out an hour after checking in. Unfortunately the room was too crammed for our family and the room was not worth another $145 to allow us more space so I can’t speak to an overall experience. I will say we were told the included breakfast was to be only granola bars and coffee—not really what our family with young kids were looking forward to.

Located close to the caverns and on the main road of town, so it’s a quick drive to all the restaurants.

When I booked it, Breakfast was included in the price deal however they don`t have a breakfast service at the facility... They only offer coffee, tea, granola bars and the juice machine did not work :(

I didn’t like that there was no coffee pot in our room. However, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa was made available in the lobby. Also the television was old and we didn’t get many channels.

Very friendly, accommodating, and informative staff. The room was passable in terms of cleanliness. It wasn’t a recently renovated property but it was worth what we paid. Our hotel was minutes away from LuRay Caverns and the Blue Ridge Mountains, which was our reason for visiting the Shenandoah Valley!!
