There were a lot of flies in our room when we checked in. The bathroom didn't smell very clean. It had a bad odor of wet towel.

The tub looked like it might leak if used. It was cracked and popping up in the middle. I thought it might break more if used. The desk chair felt like it might break if I leaned back so we didn't sit in that again. So this place could use some updates. I know Windham has the ability to do that, we'll see.

The breakfast had some good options. The location was next to a Safeway and a pizza place. The room was clean as it could be. The bed was comfortable.

the person at lobby not very friendly, breakfast included, not enough tables or chairs, bins for breakfast empty, took a long time to cook more, had a water dispenser which was empty needed to refill, need more people helping during breakfast time, rooms need more attention specially cleaning the bathroom, towels were yellow not white

the check-in was easy because I had pre-registered, the hotel has nice location many stores and quick food places all around, market, store clothes, pizza place, burger place, bar, etc....

Mattress was too soft and pillows too hard! No guide for the TV and it was slow to change channels. Bathtub was slippery when showering; needs antislip surfface.

Breakfast was adequate, but was not well monitored. Ran out of meat and had to tell the woman overseeing it. The cleark at checkin was helpful in recommending a place to eat.

Bathroom needed work on shower bar. Needed new flooring also.

Breakfast was okay. No juice machine, but staff had told us that at checkin. Main room was clean and updated.

Why you put someone in a handicapped room without asking. The hotel was not full and other rooms were available. Why would you put someone in a room next to the stairs and ice machine when you know it’s noisy and other rooms were available. Think before assigning a room.

It was a good stop after traveling all day. Easy from interstate.

The bed was not hard and gross. It was decently clean - by that, I mean the room and bed were clean, but there were a couple corners in the restroom that looked like they were missed.

Sink cracked, beds hard, blankets old, pillows hard, chair so wobbly it would have broken if we had tried to sit on it!!

Easy access. Nice area to park with a trailer. Breakfast ok. Pet friendly.

It was dirty, by dirty I mean my kids feet were black before they even went to bed. I wiped a spill and the towel turned black. Kids wanted to swim pool was dirty too.

The mattress was broken down. The feet side of the mattress was higher than the head.

The breakfast was good. My wife was hoping for just a piece of fruit but none was available either day of our stay. So my wife didn't have breakfast there. Safeway was across the parking lot so she got something there.
