How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast wasn’t very nutritious.

Personal preference... the bed was way to soft for me. I couldn't sleep. But the rest of my family slept just fine
The location was great. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. The free continental breakfast was good. I would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay after a long day of traveling. The front desk agent was great at meeting our needs. I had a foot injury and he was able to change our room to one on the ground level so, I wouldn't have to navigate stairs.

Very clean and affordable. In a great location, it was very convenient to get to Williams but also far enough to be very peaceful. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

The AC did not feel cold enough, and it made a lot of loud noise. Lucky for us, it wasn't very hot that day overall, or I'm not sure how it would have gone. There was also no full-size mirror.
The room was great and nicer than expected. The bathroom was beautiful and modern. It gave a sense of peace. The beds were also more comfortable than many pricier hotels we've stayed at. For a 2 star hotel, it felt like more than expected. I also LOVED the waffle maker.

I don't think we have any comments
Very comfortable stay, for a short stopover just what you need. The room was clean, the staff was very polite. The room has all the amenities. Comfortable beds and mattresses. Breakfast is almost the same as in all hotels of this level. We took an omelet, coffee, yogurt and muffins. Everything was enough for us. The quality matches the price.

It was midnight when we arrived and I had called the front desk to let them know we would arrive around midnight but there wasn't a bell or buzzer for me to get the attendant to come out from their backroom.
That the room had a shower rather than a tub and the free breakfast was one of the best selection of food I have had.

Dryer not working in guest laundry making it difficult for all guests to get laundry done Also ice machine on 1st floor out of order , had to climb stairs to get ice which was hard as I have trouble climbing stairs

No iron in the room
Clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly! Good breakfast. Loved that the pool/hot tub stayed open until 10:30.

There was no elevator, which was really only a pain when we were arriving and leaving with luggage. The door had a pretty big gap in it, letting a lot of hallway light in. Otherwise, it was perfect.
It was very clean. The staff was really amazing. Anna was the one who checked us in, and we had a few crazy things happen (with our health and car) and she was genuinely understanding and kind. She checked on us the next day. The hotel was close enough to the freeway and right off Route 66, but still had a little feeling of seclusion. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us. It was a nice spot to relax in. The restaurant next door was pretty good too!

Good location. Very cool in comparison to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. Good breakfast. You can board grand canyon railway from Williams, AZ to grand canyon through scenic route. Just 1 hr from Grand Canyon.
