United StatesThe pool was inoperable and appeared to have been that way for some time. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was for the kids to swim in the pool.
Rooms were nice, clean, and calm. Beds were comfortable, TV with Netflix and internet included—Ice Machine and a simple packaged continental breakfast.

United StatesStaff could be more interested and helpful, room was crowded and not very clean. Room needed lots of repair, ie plaster on the walls, toilet seat was loose, 1 tiny bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner, drape didn’t completely cover the window
Location was great. Room was not set up— chairs were on top of tables. No staff available. No pastries on Sat, 1wrapped cinnamon on Sun. Bananas only fruit. No decaf coffee. Plastic tableware.

United StatesThe furnishings in the room need work. The desk chair is on its last legs. There was some kind of winged insect. Possibly some kind of ant. The light bulbs were mismatched over the vanity. The breakfast area was shared with the lobby and there was only one table up against a wall with seating for maybe 4 people. I ended up standing while eating. The waffle iron timer did not work. The milk in the refrigerator was not cold. Not sure the refrig was even working.
The outside of the property was good except for the asphalt which is in need of repair. The bed was comfortable.

Floor was dirty, we came in with wet shoes so I used a towel to clean up the wet and the towel was filthy, there were two upholstered chairs in the room and they were filthy. United StatesThe hotel clearly likes to "bait" you into booking the reduced rate room, and showing you a fabulous picture of the outside of the hotel. Once you get there, however, that room is on the "dumpy" side of the hotel (which is actually a "motel" like building totally separate from the nicer part of the hotel). Breakfast was bare minimum. Would have totally sucked if not for the ability to make a waffle.

Made quick reservations at a Holiday Inn Express on other side of town. Not really sure why Booking.com put this property on their site.
