Under beds needed cleaned, dust and a cookie bag. No backs to cover batteries on TV controllers, microwave didn't work. Baseboards needed cleaned. Sheets need updated, found a hair on sheet on bed.

There was construction going on and some areas of the building seemed a bit sketchy. The area where the elevator was, was dark. The construction workers were nice though and noise was to a minimum. No access to the pool but that was due to construction. I do understand the need for remodeling though. It needs to be done. Tbw beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped for.

Convenient location. Cute condo. The Juliette balcony was nice. Great view. I loved it was dog friendly. My boys loved looking out the windows! All and all a great place to get away for a few days. The price was great. Quick responses from the owner regarding a couple of questions I had after arriving. I look forward to staying again. I'm sure when remodel is complete this will raise my rating to a 10++++++.

old essentials… couldn’t cook if you wanted to. bad smell in the bathroom, lost of remote so couldn’t watch tv until day 2, not enough supplies (tissue, no hand soap,) sheets were old and hadn’t been washed properly. owner was nice but I felt like I was irritating her by kept calling but I wanted her to understand that she should invest in her business in a more professional way. my neck broke out from the sheets. we left a day earlier from our checkout day 😕 and forgot to mention our daughter is special needs so I wanted her to be extremely comfortable and in a clean environment

Pool closed, construction crew woke us up every morning at 7:30. Freezing room with thin sheets. Curtains had huge gaps and see through. I felt like I was on display the whole time.

Nice clean room at a fair price. If you forgot something good chance it was there. Fold up chairs, skim boards, toiletries etc..

I would only comment on the amount of construction, but even with that the stay was great. Not nearly as loud and disruptive as I would have excpeted.

1. Filthy 2. Infested with cockroachs 3. microwave broken took a week to get one. 4. bed sheets too small. 5. kitchen supplies dirty 6. stove filthy 7. No license to rent ( found out from Florida license board) 8. No solution focused 9. air conditioning Filthy vents and didn't work properly. 10. Felt unsafe do to maintenance men harassing me.

The area was great. Got to see beach from our balcony. Could walk to every thing from restaurants, shopping , and food The condo was clean , comfortable, and kitchen to cook. comfortable bed with bedding.

The owner of this property is very dishonest. This is an Air B&B and you deal directly with the owner, who said the room was ready when it had not been cleaned and was not ready. I went to get some food, while they said a cleaner would arrive and clean the room. I returned to find the cleaner smoking a joint in the doorway of the property and the room filled with marijuana smoke - and still not cleaned. I had to leave and go elsewhere. Now I am in a battle for a refund, as I had booked the room for a week and the owner is denying the refund and claiming I stayed there when I did not. Terrible place, terrible experience.

This is the second time I have stayed in this particular unit. I absolutely love it. Anytime I had a question or concern, the owner responded quickly by text or phone call. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops, and has a sideview of the beach/ocean. If/when I return to the Daytona area, I will definitely stay here again.
