We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice and well equipped condo. I stayed in 524. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and pleasant;)

United StatesHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Our experience: this Company is BAD & pretty whackey in their management methods! This place was very small - bathrm size was a bit ridiculous. The little deck was just dirty and the entire place needs a good scrubbing & painting. The JOKE though- NO HOT WATER. I called Maintenance and spoke with a guy who could do nothing. He did say that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THE DAY BEFORE!!! So, THEY KNEW and did NOT NOTIFY US OF THE ISSUE!! Had to demand a refund, which became an issue. Had to advise we would have our atty contact regarding refund... and that we were leaving. He called back and began really yelling at me for previously advising him of atty. What a joke!. I finally called (with no suggestion from rental company) a # that I found (Booking.com?), spoke to a very nice, helpful woman who verified that a refund would be given. Great!! So we left & spent much of that day looking for a place to stay (Easter wkend and busy) while enjoying the area. We found lodging - much less expensive, bigger, and much more clean! I then begin getting emails from some woman (3 different names appear) telling me I had no right to be so mean TO HER!!! I NEVER spoke to a woman at all. My emails were actual fact of what occurred and of the complete disregard this company has for their "guests". This went on until I advised her that she was being blocked. Trying to talk sense into this girl was futile, it was a waste of my time. Our experience with this company was just next to the worst we have had (& we do a good amount of traveling). If they knew they had a problem with their water, they should have notified newcomers, AND they should have MONITORED THE SITUATION! We were told to let it run - we let it run for near an hour - WORKING FOR rental company! - instead of being on the beach, we were doing your job. ACTUALLY, YOU OWE US PAY!! Keep in mind that WE DID NOT COME TO FLORIDA TO MONITOR YOUR WATER ISSUE.

United StatesThere was only 3 towels and for a beach location it makes it slightly difficult to shower everyday like I like to with the saltwater and sand everywhere.
We loved the view and the quietness of the location.
