The weekend desk staff people were pleasant but not able to help us with a noise issue that they simply said couldn't be resolved until Monday or later.

The hotel is in a lovely setting with easy access to I-83. The complimentary breakfast offered is adequate, though not fancy.

I was not aware that this famous property in Baltimore has now become a flex hotel. The price seemed entirely too expensive for the very limited amenities. Also house keeping could do a better job in regularly cleaning the rooms. House keeping needed to be notified that you wanted your room clean and even then did not clean it. Also, it is very strange for a housekeeping staff member to show up and ask "what do you want me to do?" Other than that the staff was very pleasant particularly the front desk managers.

The bar was poorly stocked. While Donald did a great job…he was very attentive and professional… the contents of the bar were sub par. They really need to offer a greater selection of spirits particularly their vodkas and rums.

The outdoor patios were flooded with brown, dirty water. The bathrooms are very dated. We requested a crib and it wasn’t delivered upon arrival.

Rooms were huge, beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Enjoyed walking around the shopping center… great places to eat. Rooms had refrigerators! Appreciated connecting rooms.

I didn’t like the first room they older bald front desk clerk sent me to it smelled like something died in there!! It was room 475. I came back down to change it out and the younger gentleman switched me to room 369 which was clean a cozy. The Bed was a bit worn out it had a permanent dip in the middle and no bed skirt on it so I was able to see the old box spring.

The location was great! I liked that it was a close ride to everything but far enough for peace and quiet . More meat options would make breakfast great. The staff kept everything clean and the blueberry infused water was a nice touch.

Booked a king but the hotel oversold rooms so I was given queen room, tub had a stands from a mat and ice machine on floor didn’t work

The pictures are deceptive and the website needs to be updated. It said there was a pool, but when we got there they told us it was permanently closed since COVID. It was an outdoor pool and I was expecting g to go for a dip since the weather was hot and we could see the pool just outside our window. This was much of the reason to go to this hotel!

It’s a nice place, big rooms, great staff, situated in a pleasant area with nice shopping and restaurants.

The rudeness of the manager. I booked and payed for a king size bed and he was very dismissive of my reservation that I booked and paid a while back. I asked if I was going to get compensated for the inconvenience and he was very rude. Also, for being a “locked area” everything closes too early. Morning staff was much nicer and respectful.

A little hard to find the hotel main entrance. They need some temporary signs especially since there is construction going on in front of the hotel.

There was no cereal though you offered a wide range of options. No restaurant for dinner sadly. Mattress was too soft for me but very clean There was only 1 elevator in front. It traveled to the garage level each time I wanted to go up.

Dell straightened out the payment snafu without any trouble to me. Greatly appreciated!
