We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Delta Downtown is always lovely. Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful clean comfortable rooms. I had a few itinerary complications and they helped me extend my stay and even let me stay in the same room. When I forgot my charger and returned after checking out they located and delivered it to me in minutes.

United StatesThe price per night for a king room comes to about $150 including taxes & fees, which can seem a little pricey, but considering the validated parking and the quality of the property, that’s to be expected. I have very little, if any, negative things to say about Delta Hotels by Marriott in Huntington! :)
The location of the property felt safe and the hotel itself was nice and very modern! I arrived very late to check in, almost midnight on the date of my booking, and the staff was very nice during check in and even validated my parking in the garage that they own behind the property. Our room was very clean upon arrival which is super important to me. This is a random positive, but there were lots of plug-ins for chargers and plenty of lamps/light sources scattered around the room. The room was spacious with a generously sized bathroom! A family member of mine was having a procedure at St. Mary’s, the reason for my stay, and the hospital was located only a few minutes down the road, so that was very convenient!
