Front of ac unit was loose and I had to put a chair in front of it to hold it in place. Also could only get one channel on TV, but wasn't a big deal since I didn't have any desire to watch TV that night. I informed the manager at check out and he said they would fix the problems.

Room was large and even had a little kitchen area. Loved the large bathroom and bed was comfortable. Wifi was strong too, which is often not the case at cheaper motels. Despite being near a major expressway and busy street it was very quiet and I slept uninterrupted.

area wasnt so good too many cops patrolling due to high crime rate on that area mainly for guns and drugs other then that it was a fantastic motel

One pillow was flat as a board, one was fluffy. My hubby used the flat one said it was so uncomfortable! Doors slamming all night! 2 holes in one of the walls in my room and no swing lock.

I didn't hear of any breakfast. I paid $2.00 more than booking stated I would.

'i was pleased with the room. It was cleaner than other motels around that location. The only thing i could have used is better pillows but thats why I normally bring my own..

Employees (assuming owners) have no personality. No friendly greeting. Points at sign on wall aggressively to inform you there are no visitors allowed. Interior is run down. Mattresses are hard.

Not much here to like. Was an overall unpleasant experience. Didn't even spend the night. Packed up and left.

We paid for 2 rooms, ended up only staying in 1. A waste of money.The bathroom in the room that we did not stay in had literal clumps of hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat. It obviously had not been cleaned before we got there. Both rooms had cigarette burns all over the blankets, both rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and the smoke alarm was just barely dangling from the ceiling from the room that we did end up staying in. When I told the office of the issues upon check out the next morning, I was told we should have come and told them and they would have put my mother in a different room, although they had a sign that said no vacancy. In my defense, after checking in, my mom had to leave for work and did not even see her room until almost 11 PM. By that time it was too late to go downstairs and let the office know that she needed a clean room. Both rooms were extremely filthy, but the one that had the clump of hair on the bathroom wall takes the cake. I've uploaded pics of the hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat.

The refrigerator was not functioning, and the manager was "surprised" and could not fix it, Tub was a bit dirty. The water was barely hot. No ice machine - had to go to office and wait. There was no plug for the basin. When we tried to put the door security lock(s) in place, there were none. The main lock that the key card opened was all there was. The typical levered latch did not engage into the frame and the was no typical flip item to prevent the door from opening. We propped a chair under the door handle for added protection. The room, #104, was right next to the office and hard to imagine the manager did not know the issues with the room. No breakfast offerings. Clearly Booking.com should not list this type o property in your collection. At best this was a $29.99 per night room. Even if it was, we would not be happy with the room. You should check it out for yourselves. I will be very cautious with Booking.com listings..

The location isn't bad, the people around here are just poor and some are homeless but they are all good people in my eyes each with their own ability to survive! THERE ISNT A THING I DISLIKE ABOUT THE DELUXE INN!!

The owners are AMAZING!! The housekeeper and maintenance guy are exceptional people. I will always come back here. Room is huge and very spacious and they take care of the rooms with pride and I am the same way rather my belongings or someone else's! I love this about this motel and the staff at the deluxe! Thank you for all your hospitality and kindness!! You have my vote for motel of the year for sure!!

The man who owns the hotel does not honor lower prices or booking through a 3rd party app. He charged me the regulator rate and there was a malfunction with his dinosaur of a machine, it took all the money out of my bank and the the receipt it printed said only a partial amount was paid. He didn't believe me even though I have the digital banking set up to give me a notice immediatly when money is removed from my account. He than demanded I find another way to pay for the other half. He also was rude about my service dog, told me I was lieing and wanted to make me pay a huge fee.

The king size bed and room was very roomy and fairly clean.

The staff were so rude and jumped to conclusions but it was their customers who they confused for my friends that is the supposed reason for calling the police on me and kicking me out and keeping my money.

Nothing. They kicked me out after taking my payment for two nights and refused to refund my money or allow me to collect my belongings. And also I have video footage of how roach infested the hotel was.

Later check out time if you check in late paid over 70 to spend 6 hours in a room not really worth it

Not pet friendly unless you pay extra but at least they did not try to hit me with a cash deposit like oyo or super 8
