Honestly no complaints for the one evening we stayed at this hotel.

The location was perfect for us as we had to go to several different places so it was very convenient. The breakfast was very good and the facility was clean and well maintained as well as being pleasant. The best part was the staff. They was so friendly and helpful that we couldn't help remarking on it

The price for a one night stay was more than I wanted to spend. It’s a little pricey.

We enjoyed our stay and the environment was very clean. The receptionists were excellent, I enjoyed the spa and gym needs more help when it comes to room services. You need to create a bin for used towels instead of leaving or heaping them at the front door.

Toilet wouldn't stop running Breakfast was just ok attendant wasn't wiping the counter or tables so they were dirty. Beds are so high its hard to get up on them Front desk could manned a little bit better.

It would be great if the sofa beds had a mattress pad for added comfort.

Breakfast was exactly what we wanted. Great selection of breakfast items, including yogurt and oatmeal, which I have regularly at home. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The assortment of pillows was extra nice. I had a pillow just like I use at home for my sore neck. The bathroom provided quiet privacy and the mirror didn't fog when someone took a shower.
