The property was on the beach and close to a ton of things. The space was clean and easy to settle into.

Not anything to complain about.

It was obviously recently renovated and was quite cozy. Sofas and bed were super comfortable. The kitchen looked really nice. Loved the whole outside the bathroom sink to make a second full bath. The view on the patio was nice as well. Cannot control the renovations to the building which I'm sure will be nice once complete. Trust was definitely earned on this trip. Host and ourselves ended up in an exceptionally rare situation where my six year old gremlin child locked both of us out on the patio at around 12 am. Then promptly passed out as I banged on the door. The host went above and beyond and contacted a neighbor who managed to break us free of our porch prison. I am eternally grateful to both of those angels. Would absolutely rent again, am curious as to how it'll all look once the renovations are fully complete to the building.

The door to the balcony was very difficult to open. Only my boyfriend could open it. If it was just me on this trip I wouldn’t have been able to figure out how to open it and I couldn’t have enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the parking pass said 2022-2023 which was a bit worrying but nothing happened to our car so I guess that’s fine.

The construction from repairing damage from the last hurricane is still ongoing but understandable. The available pool didn't seem great (nothing like the pool that was undergoing repair). Lack of direct access to beach (but can be sneaky, see pros comments). This all said, the price was great to account for these cons.

The location is almost perfect if it only had direct access to the beach (can sneak out through the south fence line towards the beach into the vacant property to the south was quickest we found). The view from the room balcony is great. We had a few sun and moon rises on clear days that I've never seen before. Kitchenette was perfect for our stay. Lots to do within both walking and driving distance.

They only thing and truly not her fault would be construction, but to be honest, those guys were never in the way. Or I never had a problem with them you would think with all this going on would be worse but it truly was not I guess my impatient self was ready to see the final finishes my husband said we couldn't stay that long lol had to get back to reality of life lol because that view alone let's you know your on vacation so I guess where going back I have to see those finish touches

I stayed here first to do a wedding and than added more days for my anniversary it was a perfect view. Perfect size not only the view amazing but I love the fact that even though it was a 1 bedroom there was 2 full size bathroom not only that this host went out her way to accommodate me with my late check in and stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got in the room than stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got my extra day for my anniversary night she will go out of her way for her guest plus you can see the details in the room of her studying what will make her guest stay more comfortable to them down to the pillows and TV we always bring a firestick with us for our shows we'll guess what we did not even need to use it my husband was super happy about that.

It was 83 dollars for 1 night was ok but then added a 60 dollar clean fee and taxes became 171. I would've stayed in a 5 start with breakfast for that price

The pool and beach access at the property was under construction and not available for use. So access to the beach was difficult, and you had to walk off property to get to the beach.
