Few areas that were missed for cleaning - bathroom door had lots of hair on it for example. Also as a suggestion maybe leave a couple laundry pods complimentary for guests

More than 1 dish towel & 1 dish cloth would be helpful. A couple of microwave casserole dishes would be good (if they could also be used in the oven would be great).

Although we had an obstructed view of the ocean through the trees because the unit is only on the 2nd floor, the grounds between the unit & the ocean were lovely. The pool is a view to the right from the balcony.

No elevator on ground level. Had to push luggage cart up a ramp to get elevator one floor up. I’m 81 yrs old and that was hard for me! No garbage shoot in the bldg. had to carry trash to a dumpster on the far end of the parking lot.

I wish there was an agreement with the Hilton regarding the much better pool situation.

The Villa next door was very loud until pretty late in the evening doing construction. Drilling, hammering, etc.

We were unable to figure out how to watch TV…. It was just me & my husband, but for a family with kids this would be needed for them to help entertain the kids while the adults made lunch / dinner, packed the wagon for the beach, unpacked, packed, unloaded or loaded the vehicle or just getting the kids to settle down for a nap….. Maybe leave a note with the remotes explaining how to watch TV in both the living room and the bedroom and which remote does what…. I think that would help future guest..

The location was perfect and had a great view of the pool and ocean. The facility was clean and set up nicely, and the Keurig coffee maker was an added bonus! The beach area was clean and just a short walk from the room. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony to eat and read. That was my favorite spot to hang out. My stay was relaxing and exactly what I needed!

Ocean front location was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Beach accessibility was ideal and same with pool. Property description was spot on. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Relaxing feel and loved the ocean view from the balcony.

We were convenient to everything( grocery shopping, shopping 🛍, restaurants, fresh seafood, and other towns). The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Also, the pool, bathroom to the pool, and the walk to the ocean an eye view away. Our place was extremely clean and a full kitchen. Perfect vacation destination.

The main bedroom seems to have a slight humidity problem and the fold-out couch bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have any sheets available on the property. Otherwise it was great.

The location was absolutely stellar and the condo was charming and well-decorated. The ocean was in directly visible from the porch, and the beach was down a very short, private walking path. We often saw staff caring for the public areas of the complex. The condo offers everything you need to cook your own meals, and all the appliances are in working order. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The condo seems very well sound-insulated; we did not hear any neighbors at all.

If this is referring to the room, it was great but I wanted to let them know that the shower door once closed, slowly slides open about 6-8 inches.

There was nothing not to like. The property was literally everything we wanted and more.

We loved the fact the property was right on the oceanfront and literally down the street from Coligny Plaza. It’s actually within walking distance.

100$ cleaning fee for 1 night stay is too much in my opinion
