We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Who is 10 and I also had my niece and nephew come too thinking we could share the beds. They are 11 and 12... he kicked me out and refused to refund my money. I think it's because my niece Nad nephew are black.

United StatesThere were only 2 pillows and the bed was very firm but I actually slept really well thanks to the AC and quiet setting. If I was staying longer, I would probably want a microwave in the room..
The location could not have been better in relation to the Casino Ballroom where we were going to see a show. It's also sort of central to the strip so exploring was fun. The room was very cozy and cute and very quiet. There was a large fridge for our drinks. The owner was so sweet and let us leave our car parked the next day after check out so we could get brunch and hit the beach without having to find more paid parking. Parking in Hampton is so expensive! I was expecting the worst after reading some of the reviews here but I'll definitely be staying here again. Someone said the AC was loud but there was a brand new and very quiet unit in our room. The blanket was thin, but it's summer time, why would you need more than that?
