Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe other patrons. The rooms are worn and things like the shelf/bar to hang clothes on was ripped off the wall. They hadn't vacuumed well - found items just under the bed that weren't ours.
The rates are very reasonable. Beds are comfortable. Hot water is plentiful and you have a fridge and microwave in the room. The rooms were relatively clean and I never saw any bugs of any kind anywhere in the building between my room and the lobby.

United StatesThere is no breakfast there, no restrooms downstairs in lobby for customers checking in. The front desk clerks tells us customers that the restroom is in our assigned checked in rooms. Bathroom tub area has mole, tub facet broken and patched up, low lightening in room to try and hide pasted up walls where holes were, exposed wiring inside of room entry, electrical wiring in ceiling where smoke detector was removed, refrigerator missing bar the bar that supposed to hold items in place, open closet area missing top shelf and rod there was Nowhere to hang my clothes or put my shoes. Furniture outdated needs to be replaced.
I didn’t like anything about that place.

United StatesI couldn’t tell if it was dilapidated and recently was acquired in hopes of renovating or vice versa. Horrible facilities, everything smelled like smoke (and I usually don’t mind a little smell) the AC didn’t work, there is literally a printed out sign that says “No refund 15 minutes after checkin.” So I guess you better be quick to catch all of it and want your money back! The bad news is, you could figure it out in less than 5.
