Better mattress more comfy chairs there was only one in our room wood to uncomfortable sitting on bed just wasn’t right. we don’t drink coffee and had nothing to heat water so we couldn’t have our tea on😖 There was an iron but no iron board 😖

The gas fireplace in a room didn’t work and was quite in a bad shape.

Nice location, looks better in real life compared to the pictures online. Staff is mostly friendly. Breakfast was tasty but sadly not included in a reservation. Restaurant is in overall better than expected

We stayed in room 115A. The coffee maker had a mismatching carafe so I called and left a message asking for a new one. No one called back and no new carafe was brought. Also, there was a dirty t-shirt left in one of the drawers and the furnace / fireplace did not work. Other ways the staff was unhelpful: > The day before we were to drive up caltrans said there were road closures. When I called the front desk to ask for some specific guidance on which routes to take the kid responded with an, "oh, um... you should check caltrans." > Happy hour times shown at lobby and was different than what was shown at bar. When we told the bartender that, she said, "oh yeah, it's like that been like that for a while." > When checking out the front desk person was chatting with another person behind the front desk and just told us to leave our keys in the box. No questions about how our stay was or if we had a good time.

The restaurant was great. We ate every meal there during our stay. The staff was wonderful... super friendly and kind.

The furniture in the room was "cabin aesthetic" but very uncomfortable. The desk chair was made of sticks and hard, not good for working at. Bed was ok, pillows were flat and cheap. The hygiene products were also cheap, and not good quality for a resort that calls itself a spa. I think they should invest in some comfortable furnishings and better products, and it would elevate guests' experiences.

The property location and design is beautiful- can't beat the quiet and views. Room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The service here was friendly and prompt. Restaurant was a decent option for a small town with few options, and very convenient. Would definitely return.

I was really disappointed that our request for rooms near each other was not honored (or even acknowledged-the front desk claimed they didn't receive it even though it was included in my booking.com reservation. It was really inconvenient to have to put on our snow boots to walk over to the next building and check in on our kids.

Shoulder season: perfect fall colors, smaller staff.

Beautiful, well maintained buildings and grounds. Rooms are roomy and very comfortable, restaurant excellent, spa gorgeous.

Breakfast was advertised to open at 7:30 AM per our check-in. We had a long day of travel and looked forward to breakfast and delayed our departure to get breakfast but at 8:10 AM still no sign of the restaurant opening. I asked the front desk lady what gives and she said they were going to open any minute but we left after 40 mins past advertised opening time with no coffee or breakfast. Very disappointed as we chose this location because breakfast was supposed to be available … so for that reason I am dissatisfied. Very poor customer service.

Everything was great, I guess I didn't expect to need dinner reservations on a Tuesday but we didn't wait long so it wasn't any trouble

The entire area is beautiful and relaxing. We were spoiled with the Fall colors this visit.

Restaurant was so so. Convenien, prices were ok, good floor on most but rice with mex food was dried out. French toast was tad under cooked and grilled cheese was tad over cooked.

Beautiful property nestled on June lake loop near seasonal waterfall. Has indoor pool and hot tub and steam room. Cabins are cute, pond is small but adds to ambiance. Cute addition decor of mining equipment and statues.

Loved the location. So peaceful. Loved also that the resort doesn’t try to nickel and dime the guests. Very generous to give free access to the pool and spa facilities. We will definitely be back

Room could use an upgrade. Shades broken.Did not have daily cleaning. We had to request towels twice. Said they recycle but no place to recycle. Had to wash our dishes or they would charge 50$.

We were looking forward to using the spa but it was closed for repairs. We learned too late that there is a separate spa in the men's and women's locker rooms.

The grounds of the resort are very charming with a stream and small lake view for all rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Great food in the restaurant on site.
