Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI was on the first floor with a balcony unit and after leaving the hospital; I came back to my room and there was a party right outside of my room. I couldn’t open the curtains because there was a bar with staff set up right at my door.

United StatesThis is a nice property especially location. However, the management is lacking. The front desk failed to brief all failures of the tv system. We were led to believe that internet tv worked. It did not. We had to do a little quizzing of the desk to find out the entire system was down. This should have been handled by the desk manager with a letter to guests. Next is parking. As a Diamond member they are supposed to have designated parking for Diamond members. The front desk acted as though they had never heard of Diamond parking. Then they charged us to park. I was able to get comped. A nice property with a lacking guest services.

IrelandStaff aren't exactly friendly. The girl who checked me in just looked bored and wanted to get me out of the way. Plus I asked a staff member the night before I checked out could she order a cab for me for the next morning as my phone was acting up and I couldn't use it. She looked at me like that was such an odd request and said they don't order cabs for guests and to use the phone in my room..in 20+ years travelling I never ever heard of a hotel that wouldn't just ring a cab for a guest to help them out. It's nothing out of their wages. Bizzare and I wouldn't return based on the staff.
Great location very close to the bus stop that goes up and down the main avenue. Clean and comfortable room, great view. Good value for money.

United StatesThe water in my room was not hot at all; it was more like luke warm. Not having a microwave in the room is very inconvenient. You have to walk to the lobby and wait in line to warm up food. There is not an ice machine on each floor so you have to get on the elevator and go to the 3rd floor to get ice. For the price $200/night I would not expect these inconveniences. Please update your building to be more convenient for your guests. Making $200/night one hundreds of rooms definitely affords you the ability to make sure your guests can warm up food in their rooms, get ice on the floor they are residing, and take a hot shower. Side note; the staff was not very friendly. When I walked up to the desk; I had to speak first as if I’m not the guest. I also overheard a lot of messy conversations about housekeeping and front end staff issues that should be kept away from guest ears.
I love the ambiance of the hotel. The room was very clean and I loved the nice holiday touch of chocolates and water bottles. There were plenty of towels and the air and heat worked great. The patio connected to the room was a great touch.
