    Super clean hotel and rooms were very clean.

    Staff not friendly. In the hospitality business, greet and few smiles would go a long ways.

    Location was excellent and staff friendly. Their famous chocolate chip cookie was warm and delicious. Cheddars next door had much better food options than the hotel.

    Breakfast was average quality. The wifi/internet signal kept dropping the connection frequently. I placed a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door when I went down to breakfast, but when I returned there was a potent smell of perfume in the room. Someone had obviously come into my room despite the sign.

    No Pool. No Ganeroom. Only one elevator. What'd happen in emergency?

    Closeness to family. Restaurant for a better breakfast than a continental offering by far. Walk-in shower was a rare hotel treat for me with plenty of room

    Mattress was not firm enough. Woke up and tossed n turned half the night. Pillows way too soft for my liking
