    Inside and outside doors

    Nice enough property, but no pool and no breakfast and over $200 with pet fee. Too expensive for a quick nights stay. In town to visit family and didn’t spend much time in room.

    It was great. I liked the variety of food offered.

    The bottled water policy/pricing isn't what I've experienced at other locations.

    The only positive aspect of the property was its location. Situated in a remote area, it was very quiet with no surrounding noise.

    The hotel was not clean. I found a used bandage in my room, and even after requesting housekeeping service, it was still there following their visit. Housekeeping also removed the two hand towels we had but did not replace them. The shower appeared dirty and showed signs of what looked like early mold growth. In the lobby, a fast food cup I noticed on Monday remained in the same spot through my checkout on Wednesday, suggesting that common areas were not regularly maintained. The bathroom outlet was loose and potentially hazardous. When I attempted to unplug the hairdryer, the entire outlet felt like it might come out of the wall. The staff were professional and polite, though not particularly warm or friendly.

    Location, water pressure and hot water!!

    The carpet in the bathroom needs to be changed. All kinds of stains and it just looks yuck. Thank goodness I had slippers. My husband said it was lumpy. Also, the staff never had cookies. I usually get cookies anytime but I just got the first one. After that, not available. Breakfast, we had it once. I get better free breakfasts at other hotels. Horrible.

    Location

    They shut off the water to fix plumbing. Notice was not given by the time we booked. We could have done cancelling it to go to other place. Breakfast was offered but was told we do not have one. Front desk ask if we received an email. I said we did not. What email? That the breakfast is not free but showed up in booking as free? If I did not complain about it, we couldn’t get the value we paid for in leu at least for not having any water.
