Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I booked this specific hotel because it had breakfast. When booking I made sure that breakfast was included with my room choice. Once I got there, the lady approached me while I ate and asked if I had the breakfast add-on. I said I selected to have breakfast included in my room fee so it should be. She came back with a receipt saying it was not added to my room and I needed to pay right then and there. It was only $17 but for the scene that was caused and the pressure to pay while I was eating left a non-pleasant taste in my mouth. It wasn’t about the money, it simply could have been added to the card on file.
I liked my room super cozy! I loved the bed, the pillows, the perfect room temperature and the ample lighting in the bathroom.

Nice enough property, but no pool and no breakfast and over $200 with pet fee. Too expensive for a quick nights stay. In town to visit family and didn’t spend much time in room.

The carpet in the bathroom needs to be changed. All kinds of stains and it just looks yuck. Thank goodness I had slippers. My husband said it was lumpy. Also, the staff never had cookies. I usually get cookies anytime but I just got the first one. After that, not available. Breakfast, we had it once. I get better free breakfasts at other hotels. Horrible.

I work in Property Insurance and my bathroom had strange damages to the ceiling that wasn’t repaired properly. The floors in the lobby also have damages.

Please put micro and frig in the rooms. I'm not happy you have to pay $17. A piece for breakfast.

It needs some major renovation to come up to Hilton level standard, IMHO - too much patched, worn, and faded being the lobby. The absence of a bathroom vent made the room overly humid, compensating with the air made the room too cold. The closet isn't deep enough for the hangers to fit straight on. And the absence of a microwave in the room, being expected to pop down to the lobby (with my arthritic joints) to heat something, was not acceptable.
The location was the strongest attraction, the hotel being 3 minutes from the location of a week-long class. Staff were courteous and responsive to concerns.

have to move luggage downstairs after know the location of my room. didn't see a map before search my room location. waitress didn't ask drink for kids.

The room phone didn't work and I couldn't lig on to the wifi, the breakfast want included in the price which was kinda pricey

I couldn’t control the temperature in my room. I like it cold. My room was to warm. I didn’t like stepping on the shower floor.

Not enough convenient parking spaces available. The extra spaces were around the corner. Too far to walk after hours with luggage.
Location location location. Staff was really friendly, as always. The Resturant (La curbs) was also good !! This was our second visit. We will be coming back!!
