United StatesThe refrigerator was one of those small square ones which is fine ,but it was sitting down on the floor. There was mold in the shower. We on had one hand towel, two wash clothes and to bath towels for two people. There was no bath mat. The shower water ran out from under the shower curtain all over the floor, which is very slick. Only towel to spare was the hand towel, so now we have no hand towel. The TV said to push this button to access this and push this button to access that the only buttons that worked was the channel button and volume. No guide, couldn't get to Netflix.
The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was nice.

United StatesI did not get the room I originally booked and the staff told me they had no information about the room I booked through Booking.com. I booked a "King River View" room and got a "Queen City View" room.
We stayed here because of the access to the Lawrenceburg Event Center and the Kenny Wayne Shepherd concert. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.

United StatesWhen arrived we had just 1 towel and 2 washcloth. We asked front desk for more and they said they would have some brought right up. All night we did not receive any. Next morning husband had to go back down to ask for towels and washcloths again. Those items should have been automatically in our room as they knew there was 2 of us and for 2 nights. As a Hilton it should not be that way. We did not like the idea of no refrigerator either. As a diabetic who needs to refrigerate insulin it's important. I even asked for one on booking. That is dangerous for a diabetic to have no refrigerator or microwave in case of low blood sugar in night time. Also one roll of toilet paper was left in room. Otherwise place was great.
We liked the location. The parking was nice as well. The restaurant staff was amazing.

United Statesthere was only one nightstand for 2 beds and it was really hard to reach from the bed, to set my eye glasses on or turn the lamp on and off, I could not reach it without getting out of bed, which defeats the purpose of a nightstand. there was only one chair in the room, could have used two.
our room was handicap accessible which we both need. we had no issues with the toilet or shower. the pillows were perfect. the staff was very nice.

United StatesNo refrigerator or microwave. The ac didn't work when we got there. So instead of moving us to a different room they replaced the unit. In the end it only took about 30 minutes to do. The restaurant in the hotel is a joke at breakfast. $13.90 for a water and a pre-made breakfast sandwich that they heated up. One pc of bacon and a moushy crossaint. I was not happy about the quality for the price.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was big. Overlooking the river was nice. Would be a great place to be in the summer when there would be more boat traffic.

United StatesWe booked a king room with a river view. The view was excellent but the bed was not a king bed. Hotel puts a hold on your credit card which can cause some issues.
The place was clean and a good value for the money. Location was good next to the river and within walking distance of several places to eat. Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast at N0-ce was excellent.

CanadaI booked two rooms with King sized beds on the river side of the hotel but was given two rooms on the city side of the building. Also, the rooms were on different floors. We did not share this information with the front desk staff as we had already moved our bags to the assigned rooms. The waitress at the restaurant was really a delight. She was fantastic.
We enjoyed our stay of several days!
